Pokemon Black and White (SPECULATIONS ALLOWED HERE)

Considering half of that stuff is pretty much what everyone wants/expects (the round cow is probably supposed to the baby Miltank/Tauros) and the other half is almost guessing, I'm saying it's fake. Also, the guy thinks that Emonga is related to Pachirisu, but it just seems too small to be an evolution and doesn't have any light blue on it.
Edit: It seems like wuji could work for the third legendary, since it seems to be used for infinity and balance between yin and yang.

he never said Emonga was an evolution, just that they might be related.
I don't see it being a pre-evo either, since it would lose it's Flying-type when it evolved. If he just meant that they're supposed to be similar, it just means it's another Pikachu knock off, which we already know.

Nasty Plot Electrode would be pretty neat. 80 base spA isn't too terrible after +2, and its got that sexy 140 base speed. Also resists Bullet Punch, for what it's worth. Shame Timid Scarftran outspeeds it by 1 point.
Also, Swellow wants its physical hidden power back. Maybe give it Submission or something. Actually, a lot of things would like their physical hidden powers back. Perhaps a physical version of Hidden Power is in order?

What for? so it can become staravia? he need a new move that makes him better that all the other normal flying pokemons
I want a Simple Camerupt (Hey Numel gets it) and Simple Whiscash (Get's dragon dance and fits the bill appearance wise :/)
He has Guts and high Speed, those two along with Close Combat will make him just as good as Staraptor, although not necisarily better. The only other moves I think it could use are Night Slash and Stone Edge for Rotom-A and Zapdos, respectively.

That would probably boost Whiscash to atleast UU since if it runs Adamant and use one Dragon Dance, it would be roughly equivalent to Electivire using Dragon Dance.
God, there's nothing more frustrating than a pokemon evolving and gaining a worse ability
Arena Trap Flygon and Simple Camerupt being good examples.
Umm, Swellow has much, much higher speed and Guts. Not to mention, a physical fighting move doesn't (that's a fact) get better than Close Combat. It's not like Swellow isn't already extremely frail. Close Combat wouldn't help it out of UU, but it would help it become a better Pokemon all around.
Simple Camerupt would be meh, mainly because it loses out on Solid Rock. If it could somehow have both abilities, then it could pull off a Stockpile set, but it can't. Simple Whiscash would be awesome. It actually has good bulk, and 560 Attack with 438 Speed with great dual STAB and Life Orb is nothing to laugh at. Bounce does 68.3% - 80.7% to defensive Celebi after a boost, while the same Celebi only manages 64.1% - 76.2% to Whiscash. Though the better move would be Stone Edge, since it covers Gyarados and Dragonite. Even then, it does 40.6% - 47.8%. Whiscash cannot be paralyzed, either. Not saying it would be OU, but it could finally have a use over Swampert there (Dragon Dance itself isn't enough).
@ DDRMaster: Facade already does a lot to Zapdos. More than Stone Edge, in fact (140 x 1.5 = 210 > 100 x 2 = 200).

Basically says a bunch of random stuff; a japanese guy (who is apparently truly japanese, going by good grammar/spelling) says he has a friend who is a localizer; this friend gives him info on the games
He answers a few questions that people ask him on the boards; he is polite and seems believable
Most interesting are the a few eng. names (Hypmunk, Wotter, Ivyper, and the last one I forget) and that N is "Nikolai" and is apparently influenced by a family member who is team plasma's chief... apparently N is not evil but naive when with his family member
No evos for much stuff too.. :(
OH and apparently Ground-type eeveelution, which is the sole basis for my unsureness... if not for that, I'd fully believe this

I actually forgot about Facade. In fact, if it ran Facade, Close Combat, and Night Slash, it wouldn't really need a Flying move.
I think the most important things it said were that Reshiram and Zekrom have specific items that raise their Def and SpDef and Atk and SpAtk, respectively, and that there's going to be a move that should work like a physical Hidden Power. The guy didn't know anything about half of the questions and I didn't see anything that outright told me it was fake (like saying the Pokemon in the mask always looks like that).

Well looking over the serebii board on which it's on, I find a bit more stuff that makes me unsure..

Maybe, but they both have 2 possible abilities already in the real world, whereas the confirmed Eeveelutions and Kanto starters with alternate abilities only have 1, which makes me think there may only be alternate abilities for pokemon with only 1 possible ability, but who knows. If so, all the legendaries, 600 BST pseudo-legendaries, and the other starters (to mention a few) only have 1 also, but I want them for Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres the most as a bird lover!

So I was reading that thing on serebii ANNND noticed 1 thing I didn't like chillarmy isn't going to evolve. That WONDERFUL ability + wakeupslap + sweep slap + a possibly wonderful movepool is going to end up in NU...again. I hope that's the only thing that's untrue because we don't need another Duncsparce... Just my 2 cents.
