Most Generation PRNG Help / Information

Yes they are. There is an option for that. It asks if you want to search for shiny or not, you just type in N (no). Then you can just enter the nature and spread and range of IVs you want, and even choose hidden power type and base power.

It takes a huge amount of time even if I change an IVs by one on RNG Reporter O_o....I'll give that a shot.

I thought REGULAR spreads (NOT SHINY) were the same throughout all the games?
Here:

Let me know if you want ability 0.

Alright when it ask me to search for EXACT IVs should I input N for no so I can get a range? Or Y for YES? Does it really matter?
You are correct, all regular spreads are the same.

EDIT: GAAH! That's like....3times this weekend that I was beaten, XD.
Alright that's good to know :)

It doesn't matter I'm doing this for a Heatran so ability number doesn't matter. the last one you suggested sounds good

If you say N, it searches from your number up. For example, if you put in N, then all 29s, it would give you spreads of 29+/29+/29+/29+/29+/29+.

Er that spread doesn't exist on a Heatran. Heatran is method J, and there are no frames for that seed that exist. You have to pick a different one.

I have to walk 128 steps to make my frame go from odd to even. To count the steps I want to use the app on the poketch. If I were to flip over certain apps would the frames advance?

Since I can't call elm in lugia's room (in HG if it matters) I should save right in front of/facing the entrance to the room, hit the seed/advance the frame to one before the target, then go in, surf and talk to lugia

right? lol

Dont hold me to this but walking into the cave advances the frame as well. By 1 frame I think...

Should I be setting the time on my Nintendo DS, to match the time of the seed? If so, would I be changing the time to about a minute before the seed, in order to hit the seed at the proper time? I'm not sure if that makes any sense or not (or if that's even a proper question), but I hope someone can help me out.

Say the time is 22:10:15
If your just hitting your calibrated delay you would start at 22:09:00

For me, walking in or out of the cave didn't advance the frames at all.

In simple terms, yes.

Emloop or Pikatimer (From what I have seen they are basically the same)

Do using these significantly increase the efficiency in hitting delays/frames?

Uhh depends. I can hit my calibrated delay faster but pika timer gives me more to choose from. Also pikatimer creates a timer for you while emloop doesnt so pikatimer is far better.

lol, I just managed to hit my delay on the first try and I am/was saved on my bike one step outside of lugia's room. My spread is on frame 58, so I should advance to frame 57, go in, surf and talk to lugia? (assuming I don't trip the 128 steps or w/e)

edit, never mind - I did exactly as above and got the correct frame lol

I don't know what you're talking about, because emloop does create two timers.

Yeah but you have to do the math. For pika timer you just put the wanted delay/seconds.

You don't have to do any math. The way I do it, there is one small calibration phase for each different game cart you use. Then every time after that all you do is put in the number of the delay and it converts it to seconds for you, no math involved whatsoever.

Im talking about hitting high delays such as 1000+
