Are the mechanics of transferring pokemon from an older game known yet? Do they retain their tm/move tutor moves even if they wouldn't be able to learn them in Black/White? Also, if you bring something that isn't fully leveled up, can they learn level-up moves that are exclusive to Black/White?

Go to route 1, and surf west through route 17s rapids and you will end up at route 18 eventually.

edit: I just transfered a pokemon from 4th gen to White that was in a heavy ball, and on the summary screen its pokeball sprite is the standard pokeball.

Oh and one more question: where do you find the Psychic/Flying pokemon?

According to Serebii, it gives whatever attack you use a power boost in exchange for removing it's secondary affects....
Would the Recoil from Flare Blitz count as a secondary affect? And what I really want to know, would the recharge time from Giga Impact count as a secondary effect?

1: Does it sharply raise offensive stats.
2: Is the defense drop sharp too?
3: Are both defense drops negated with a White Herb?
