These are the currently known DW abilities. As of now it looks like Regigigas does not have one.

Is there a list out there that has all the new items listed on it? Possibly say what they do, etc? I'd like to know what some of these items do, because I keep seeing movesets with items that I have no clue what they do.
Also, all the English names we see on the new Pokemon aren't the dubbed English names, are they? We wont know what their dubbed English names are until B/W comes out in America, correct? Or anywhere around that time period I suppose.

Both Petal Dance and Outrage, plus Trash, stop and don't confuse you if for some reason you can't hit the opponent, not if the attack is not effective. For instance, hitting a Herbivore Pokémon with Petal Dance or a Ghost-type with Trash. The only way to stop Outrage and not get confused is through Wonder Guard, Protect/Detect, Fly/Dig/Dive and missing it.
Do role play/skill swap's effects still persist after the user (and target in skill swap's case) switches out? Or does its ability get reset? http://www.smogon.com/dp/moves/role_play and http://www.smogon.com/dp/moves/skill_swap don't say.
Let's your Pokémon slip through walls like Reflect and Light Screen. It ignores does two moves when doing damage.

Imagine if it did: it would set a new speed record on its way from NU to Uber.
And @King of Harts: I'm sure that it wouldn't have changed, but in 4th gen Unaware ignores only [Sp.] Att. and [Sp.] Def. boosts, so swift swin etc. is ignored, but according to the description, "attacker's [Special] Attack boosts are ignored", so because they are not specific to the attacker, I would say that Water type attack boosts would still count.
