Q1: do trapping moves prevent switching?
(if not then it might use it in a double with shandlaa and nintails from dream world)
Q2: Could fire spin be making a come back? now that it's power more than double 15-->35

Fire Spin? Naw. Except you wanted to formulate a mini-TrapTran in the lower tiers.
Trapping moves do prevent switching for the opponent. But be careful, if your Gastrodon uses Block on the opponent, and your Gastrodon switches out, the opponent can then switch out.

i don't plan using a gastrodon but now that i think about, although it might be wasting an attack slot, i could replace shandlaa with dreamzard--35*1.5*1.5*1.5~118 for 2-5 turns and with max SpA would case decent damage

It has been confirmed that no items in Generation 4 can be migrated with Pokémon. But there are ways to get every item that was in Generation 4 in Black/White. The "Dark Trio", members of Team Plasma, give you the Sinnoh Dragon Orbs after you beat the game, for example.

Only two items haven't been rediscovered: the Soul Dew held item for Latias and Latios, and the Gracidea Flower key item that allows Shaymin to change forme.

Questions on Encourage

Does encourage stop the confusion effect of outrage from happening?
Does Encourage stop attack stat reduction from attacks such as, Hammer Arm, Super Power,etc.?
Does Encourage stop recoil damage from attacks such as, Brave Bird, Take down, Flare Blitz?
 
I read about that the Perversity ability in the 5th gen. says it reverses the changes to it's stats. If that is true, does that mean if it uses leaf storm, the effects of the leaf storm lowering the pokemon's sp.atk stats will do the opposite (increasing the stats instead of decreasing)?

Was it just a rumor or are the TMs really re-usable at will ?

Can we for example teach Earthquake multiple times with a single TM ? How many times exactly ? Thanks by advance ^^.
