Is there anywhere in game for you to see the Roaming weather god that is exclusive to the game you aren't playing? Kind of like the old lady's house with Palkia/Dialga?
It seems pretty hard to get one otherwise (GTS would help a lot) and I'd like to get that shit. Only need 8 more mons to fill out the Isshu Dex. :D

Theres a GTS downstairs in every PokeCenter (i think)
Also, no there isn't anyone that shows you the other legendary
I worded that poorly. I am WELL aware of the GTS in this game, haha. Have got somewhere around 20 mons using it. And that is really lame if it is true, but I'm still gonna hold out hope for it existing. :(

Oh okay :D sorry, i didn't mean to state the obvious :D Also, which game do you have? If you have Black then if you wait a couple weeks, i could get you the other legendary (and other white exclusive pokemon) as i am, hopefully, getting pokemon white soon.

I can imagine it's a typo because, usually, evolutions of pokemon seem to give 2 EVs or 3 EVs depending on the evolution chain (Base Pokemon give 1 EV, first evolution gives 2 and second evolution gives 3 EVs.)
Except of some. For example Basurao giving 2 EVs in Speed.
I believe that should be the Museum in the town with the 2nd gym.
Okay, I know that a lot of people (myself included) are not happy about the fact that your whole team is revealed at the start of the match. Is there a chance that shoddy will give us the option to turn that feature off before we have a battle??

I won't need anything else at that point though. Only need Zekrom, the exclusive weather god, and the one you need both of them to get.

White Forest is decent for HP(if Wurmple and Happiny are around)
SpDef is damn rare. Mantyke(Sazanami Town/Bay) or Togepi(again White Forest). Or Gochi line(if playing Black), found on the left of Raimon City.
Speed is trained best on the left of Raimon City(the carnival town)
