SID has nothing to do with seed verifying. ID/SID only affects whether the Pokemon is shiny or not. Since I'm guessing you're asking since you haven't gotten the right order of flips, you just need to hit the correct delay. Which can be rather difficult.
acording to pokerng timid flawless ability 1 it cant be? or i need to search a delay with 10000+ o.o?

I'm pretty sure that there is only Ability 1 hexflawless timid. But I'm looking for up to the 10k delay (that's what my max is always set to).
Edit: The spreads you listed were the only ones I found as well.

Well, I finally hit my delay of 571, but after hatching the egg, it didn't have the right ability, nature, or gender!! I left the SID 00000 but shouldn't it still have everything even if I didn't use my SID? I was so looking forward to my first RNG pokemon!!
Edit: This is on HG, and nobody called until after I saved in front of the Daycare guy (and when they did I shut it off).

What did you do before putting the parents in the daycare / when the first egg was produced?
Elm doesn't do anything for your shiny egg. Only your IV's.
You have to call Joey. Each Joey call is +2. So you're going to want an odd frame.
I mean to confirm that it was the seed I was going for. I chose a frame 1 seed; could that be where I was going wrong? What I was going to try to get was a Hasty Male Houndour with flash fire, but I ended up with a Hardy Female Houndour with early bird.
I'm RNG'ing Gamestop Deoxys in Diamond. I used a hacked Wondercard to activate the event. My target frame is 116 and I have no roamers out there and I got the right delay but Deoxys's IV's were wrong. (The natures random ofc, however I just got Mild with 02/10/30/31/31/31 even though I hit the right delay) I tried to track the seed with RNG reporter but it gave me no results. I'm RNG'ing it in Lubilife City's Pokemart so the starting frame should be 1 right? (because of NPC) and Deoxys advances the frame by 1, am I correct? So I did 57 Journal flips (57*2+1+1=116). Can someone help me with this one?
Maybe a wrong date or time? I highly doubt it though.

Where's a good place to catch a pokemon in HG that I can check the pokemon's IV's with 100% accuracy? I still can't get to Mt. Silver, which has the highest level pokemon in the game it seems. Can I just catch something around level 40 and use some rare candies to check it's IV's?

You could. I wouldn't bother though. Just use a timer, try for a seed and adjust to calibrate. One of the posts on the first page makes this suggestion and it's far more practical for this stuff.
So, check the seed (by calling elm and checking responses), and just guess and check till you find your seed?
Nah, checked that as well.
Sort of. Set RNG reporter to -1/+0 sec and +/- 99 delay. Use the check elm function to find out what you hit. Adjust the timer accordingly and soon you'll get your calibrated delay without having to mess with the IV checking stuff.
The calibrated seconds doesn't matter all that much. Just leave it at the default and it'll be fine.
So I had someone else choose my seed for me, and hit the delay. After calling joey to get the frame to 3, I put the parents in, biked between the city and route 34, and saved in front of the daycare man. I took it, hatched it, and it ended up with docile nature, and female. Any ideas at all why I'm not getting it? I know I hit the delay, and nobody called when picking up the egg, so what could be wrong? Any help is appreciated!!!!
The NPC doesn't change the starting frame. With no roamers, the starting frame for Deoxys will always be 1. Of course, the NPC in the lobby can effect the frame in the time it takes for you to exit the journal to picking up your pokemon, but that is pretty easily fixed by resaving. Your calculation would be 116-1=115, and since this is an odd number, you either need to release a roamer, have an NPC make a single 90 degree turn before picking up, or just find a different seed with an odd frame. If you are set on this seed, then you will need to do 57 flips and get that 1 frame advance left over from elsewhere (roamer or NPC).

Yeah. Would putting a random SID mess it up? I have it as 00000 cause atm I don't know it.
I don't think that would mess up anything unless you are trying for a shiny egg, in which case it wouldn't be shiny. Would you mind giving me the seed that you were trying to hit?
8C0202A1 My first seed that I tried also didn't work. Toastplusone couldn't find when he searched the RNG so he had me try this one.
