Does anyone know the Global Link passcode for the new Tabunne skin for the C-Gear (or whether it's a one-use-only like Mamoswine and the Eeveeloutions)

Here it is:

Code:
ポケモンセンター

It should be a universal code, so anyone can use it.

Does the everstone trick still exist in the same form in Gen V? I mean, I'm aware that the nature still has a roughly 50 percent chance of passing through the female/Ditto, but does it still require that the parents be of the same nationality?

I was under the impression that only hacked Pokemon were banned from random matches and that the whole no generation IV moves thing was a myth.

I can't find the source on the forum, but I read here, and on other sites that the no gen IV is true for random matches. for example, scizor with superpower is banned. On the archived news at serebii, it reads that pkmn with its gen V moveset are allowed. I would assume the same applies for those who got special moves in the past, either through the gamecube games or event, but wanted to confirm it. I'm sorry I can't find any direct links, other than these. hacked are banned in addition to the following:

oh and no free fall pkmn are allowed either. i sure hope these absurd rules get changed in the third version, with tutors teaching the old gen IV tms and whatnot. I'm guessing these rules were implemented to make it fair for those who never had a pkmn game or a second DS to trade with. its really silly.

There's a thread on the subject on another site, but discussion hasn't continued in a week.

I'm going to move it to the research thread because I was expecting someone who knew for sure to answer it.

Regarding the apparent contradiction between what the websites state, isn't it possible that they have different versions of the game?

GameFreak is fairly proactive at fixing bugs and stuff, with some of those in DP getting fixed after a few months, so I wouldn't be surprised if they had noticed something wrong with how it's supposed to work, and then change the coding for all new cartridges.

When you breed a Gastrodon, which form is born, the pink or the blue? If it's based on the parents, what if one is pink and the other is blue?

Aside from the sleep counter resetting whenever a Pokemon switches out, were there any other changes to sleep mechanics this generation?

This doesn't necessarily have to do anything with Gen V, but I'm wondering what the Variation in battles means. For example, at the beginning of a battle it says ''Variation +13, - 12'', for example. Can someone explain?

It is how many ladder points you will get/slash lose. Ex: if its says +13 -17 then you get 13 points if you win and lose 17 points with a loss.

That's encore. Sleep counter remains the same as before, IIRC.

no encore is now set to 3 turns same with taunt.
i am pretty sure the sleep counter was changed too.
I am not sure however if the sleep counter stays the same every time you switch out.
e.g: I switch in a sleeping pokemon and wait 2 turns and it doesn't wake up could it be possible that if i switch in the pokemon next time it will only sleep for one turn or would its sleep counter stay the same everytime i switch it in?

Does Toxicroak receive a boost in Sp.A after being "hit" by a water attack while holding Bulb?

I ask because I was just in a battle on Smogon's PO server. My Toxicroak (Water Absorb ability) absorbed a Boil Over from a Vaporeon (while holding Bulb) and I got no Sp.A raise. I want to be sure. Either Water Absorb makes Bulb useless or its something to do with Pokemon Online.

I think that the pokemon has to get damaged by the water move in order to get the Sp.A, in which case Toxicroak dosen't get the boost because of it's ability.

Answering the question regarding sleep counters, looking through PR, the maximum time spent asleep has apparently reduced from 4 turns to 3 turns. I'll look through PR again to see if this is true & edit back.

EDIT: Yeah three turns, not including the wake up turn.
