You Should. It should work like this: Look for Roaming Legendary, see if it's shiny, if not, kill the bastard then blitzkrieg the E4 with your Lv100 Pokemon, then repeat until you get a shiny one, although it would be a bit less uhh...Time consuming with RNG...
Can I do it with Lati@s? Also, is Nidoqueen better than Omastar? Or Vice-Versa?
You can technically, but like Its a random said, its easier to just RNG.
Though I will point out that the wifi event introduced awhile ago lets you get Lati@s from a standstill point, meaning you should have a much easier time snagging the 1 then trying to catch it as a random encounter.
However, this Lati@s can not be shiny. The seed changes when you walk up to it.

completely wrong. it's tough to rng due to many NPCs, but definitely do-able.

I just found one, so nvm. I just remembered myriads of people complaining that it could not be done.
Basically me and some friends are having a tournament in the new year (4th gen) and they decided on 2 Ubers, 2 OU, 2 UU. I was wondering if someone could really quickly run over my team and make sure I haven't made any super glaring team building errors.
This could well be the wrong section, but all I really need is someone to make sure i haven't made any massive mistakes. a yes that's fine, or a no and why is all i need. so a complicated question but a simple answer, hopefully. anyway:
Uber: Dialga (Choice Specs/Scarf)
Latios (Calm Mind)
OU: Infernape (MixApe)
Scizor (SD/CB)
UU: Donphan (Rapid Spin and SR support)
Milotic (Bulky water)
I love the synergy between infernape, latios and scizor. My biggest concern is Dialga, whether that much more offence is necessary. Any help is super appreciated, and I apologise if this post is inappropriate.

I doesn't have any obvious problems, and as for Dialga, I would keep it. It is always useful to have a Scarf to revenge set-up sweepers.
They all sound reasonable. Groudon could work in a Pokeball or Premier ball, like Ho-oh. However, you'd be best off asking in the wifi forum's Simple Question thread.

Except that generally people consider the colour scheme for this sort of thing. Or at least, it is standard in the Wifi forum.
I don't really see even the slightest point of it to be honest.
It is a novelty thing, but it is standard if you are trading or anything, because many people use 100% catch codes, which means that it is all purely aesthetic.
Okay so i am starting to Ev train, but i would like the pokerus to make it easier. can anyone trade a pokemon that has the pokerus?

If I finish EV training a Pokemon at a lower level (about 25), is it then recommended to use rare candies to level the Pokemon up to 100?
I know that rare candies don't affect EVs, but whenever I use rare candies to my EV trained Poke, the stats are not going as high as they should.

If a Pokemon has all of its EVs, then using Rare Candies does not make a difference to its stats as it levels up. It is neither recommended nor cautioned against, it is just an option which is equally good.
