FIX NATURE AND IV FOR "EST2010 JIRACHI"

I hve to do rng wonder card (in this time jirachi), the wonder card is legit. i had downloaded by myself in summer last year.

I download jirachi from all regional (thanks to nintendo place them in wifi) with all regional (US,UK,FRA,ITA,SPA,GER), today i take my old save game (with jirachi still untouch).

US Jirachi (SMR2010) and France Jirachi (ETE2010) give random nature and random IV. Then i had try to rng ITALY Jirachi (EST2010) i had confused or suprised the Nature is FIX (Mild Nature)for this version also for IV FIX in (28/30/11/30/28/25)

I have check my RNG step all fine. and i used Real-Time Save (Save State) to get correct Nature all fine (seed, delay, and also frame)

Anybody in this forum have same issue with me ???? i need a clarification for this issue, so then i can continue my rng to another jirachi (GER, SPA)

This is the exact process I used:
1) Set DS time to 19:57 while starting PikaTimer with spacebar (the desired time is 19:58:30, and PikaTimer said 1 minute before target)
2) I let the DS turn itself off when it asks to after the time change
3) I turn on the DS and get to the Continue screen before the 1st timer's up
4) I soft-reset when the first timer runs out

5) I get to the Continue screen and when the second timer runs out, I press Continue.
6) I immediately open up my phone and call Elm
This is wrong. You should be sitting on your DS's main menu and starting the game itself when the first timer finishes. Then go through the intro and press Continue when the second timer finishes. There's no soft resetting in the process at all when you use PikaTimer.

You're actually right and wrong.

You can soft reset while in the game, and it counts just as a start up from the DS' menu.

shinyraltslove: If you can't find any adjacent results using elm matches, then you'll have to do it using the most accurate mean - seed finder

Just go there, enter in all your relevant information (AR code IV Check being the most accurate means) and look at those results. You'll know what you're hitting and yeah :)

Well, I'm new to RNG abusing, and this was my first try at Shiny breed at HeartGold (while I already succesfully bred a flawless Smeargle -- nothing fancy, just to get started).

Theses are the info gathered: SEED 511502BE, DELAY 691, FRAME 6, DATE 2011.01.20, TIME 21:11:50, Adamant NATURE, ABILITY 1 (my ID: 29723 / SID: 15226), and MALE with both International Parents (Syb's Ditto is one of them) and HGSS Shiny Egg boxes marked, with these Irwin results: E,K,P,P,P,K,K,P,E,K, as I don't have a Pokémon infected/cured with PKRS.

So, according to what I've read, I had to ditch the first 5 eggs and save before the 6th. I did that, but, instead of a Shiny Adamant Smeargle w/ Technician, I got a Non-Shiny Lonely Technician Male Smeargle.

Where did I went wrong?

When you're rng abusing your SID/ID combo how do you hit a very small delay if you can't make it on time to hit it before the time on the pikatimer runs out?

If it's really impossible, then how was Zari able to hit 593 delays to get the shiny naive spread with the iv set 29/31/30/30/31/30 for that shiny Naive giratina that he/she has on his/her thread? =/

EDIT: NVM. Zari has helped me out and explained it to me. :P

Thanks for replying to my question, but could you please explain why? or could you please link me to your source?

No real source, but you can quote if you'd like. Abusing for wondercards only takes IVs, the nature is generated elsewhere (or in this case, they are set by the event). Any seed that would result in flawless IVs for other Pokemon will also work here for this reason.

Thank you all!

So which pokemon do the "legal iv's" limitations apply to? Just in-game legendary pokemon?

Yes, legendary Pokemon you catch in game, as well as non-legendary wild Pokemon you encounter. There is some gray area with things like the Poke Radar, but generally if you are running through grass or using Sweet Scent, those Pokes will be held to similar restrictions as legends.

Just to post news on this: I was looking at the RNG Reporter Time Finder to search for nature/ability, but was getting weird results (still getting weird results). For example, on this SEED 5816034C, it said I would get a Adamant Ability 1 Male. But I went to the RNG Reporter front page, entered the SEED and looked for it in DPPt Egg PID International. And it shows what I actually got: a Hasty Ability 1 Male. I verified the SEED correctly again (same as my above problem), and got something different. And this time, my SID isn't even in play here, and the Reporter actually shows 2 different results for the same SEED in the same frame.

Edit: Apparently, I'm an idiot. I entered my ID correctly in the Time Finder with a random SID, what screwed up the SEED results. Entering random ID and SID came up with a SEED that showed up equally on the Time Finder and the front page. Woot. Solved my own idiotic problem.

About the original one, yeah, my SID is probably wrong.

Does anyone have the seed for Capture Method 1 Hidden Power Grass 31/30/31/30(SA)/31/31(Spe)? I'm trying to get Wonder Card Event Shiny Raikou with those IV's and Hidden Power Grass.

I need some tips for when you seem to be hitting delays within +/-6 of your target delay but your times are EVERYWHERE.

My target time is 03:00:13 and my target delay is 2327. I'll hit a delay of 2325 or 2329 but they're for 03:00:14. I can hit the target delay but it'll also be for 03:00:14. Sometimes for me if PikaTimer consistently lands me one second ahead I'll just change the DS time to one minute sooner; that seems to work sometimes. But this time, changing the clock to one minute sooner just made my time 03:00:15 instead. Then for the next few tries I'll still hit delays of 2323, 2325, etc and the like but they'll be for times like 03:00:12/11/13, etc.

I think I'm pretty experienced in RNG by now as I've been successfully able to breed/catch over 50 Pokes. Yet, I'm not entirely whats going on.

I tried going to a different target time for the seed and changing resetting my DS so I'd have different initial positions for the roamers, but I'm still running into the same problems. The odd thing is that the Pokemon I RNG'd right before this came out perfectly within 5 or so tries.

When searching for the different seeds. Do +/- 0 seconds, instead of anything more, and tell me if it still happens.
As if you do more than 1 second, there is a chance that there will be multiple results for the calls, as RNG reporter won't choose the closest to your target, but the closest from the top. So the more results you have, the more chance of finding something different than what you're getting.
