Dream world pokemon have additional abilities.
For example milotic normally only has marvel scale. However in dream world she has another ability which she can have. That ability is cute charm.
Politoed can have damp or another ability. In dream world, politoed has the ability drizzle.
Ninetales gains drought in dream world.
So basically dream world give you the option of using additional abilities.

Okay thank you.
When the plays realise and you play through Wi-fi, which is allowed: Dream World or the normal Game.

(Sorry if my englisch is not good)

i think it was explained wrong to you. all pokemon theoretically have a dream world ability, but not all can get their Dream world ability till now. The normal Wi-Fi allows all currently available DW abilitys and the Dream World tier is kind of a fun tier that allows not released Pokemon and abilities.
An example Politoed already got its DW ablity Drizzle released, so he can use it on Wi-Fi. Shandera can only use Flash Fire in the Wi Fi tier, because his Dream World ability Shadow Tag is not released yet (no Gen 5 Pokemon have their Dream World abilitys released outside of Hihidaruma and Musharna).

Hello Smogon.

I was wondering about something. Is it possible to trade Items in B&W like we could in Gen 4th or is there a restriction ?
This is a stupid question, but I want to be sure I'll be able to trade my Power Items in another version of the game.

Thanks :)

If I have room for four attacking moves, even them Sludge Bomb is redundant, what moves give the best possible coverage?
Also, how many SpA EVs does DDMence need to OHKO Skarmory with a Life Orb Fire Blast?

Shadow Ball and Focus Blast give perfect coverage, but Gengar needs Substitute to do anything. Good options for a fourth slot are HP Fire for Scizor, Pain Split to get past Blissey and other stall pokemon, and Protect to scout for TTar or Scizor's choiced move, and switch out or attack base upon that. Hypnosis can also work, but its accuracy is terrible and makes it not the best choice.

Thunderbolt is also a good option.

Now, my question: do any usage statistics for the Smogon server in PO exist?

So Shadow Ball | Focus Blast | Thunderbolt should work?
And how many SpA EVs does Salamence need to OHKO Skarmory with a Life Orb Fire Blast?

No.

Shadow Ball / Focus Blast / HP Fire is better to take out Scizor; Thunderbolt offers it coverage on bulky waters, but Gengar doesn't really need that. And Pain Split is also a good option.

Salamence doesn't need any SpA EVs to OHKO Skarmory after SR if it has a Life Orb. You can check this using Smogon's damage calc or Slipperjeans's damage calc.

For the European Shiny Beast event, if i downloaded one, would i be unable to get the others?
No, you are able to get all of them.

Getting Scizor is really important, but if you don't care, use TBolt. Gengar should always run Timid, unless it's using Explosion (which sucks in Gen 5).
