1) whats a shubarugo?

Oh, okay. Besides, they've only been out in Japan, all over Smogon, and Pokemon Online since late September, and are coming out in America in a few weeks. (jk)

and hitmonlee after Bruce lee, (and hitmon top cuz he's a top) so i thought of another great fighter, CHUCK NORRIS!!!

This makes me mad. Not everyone does their sprites in photoshop or paint.net or stuff like that. People can use paint, and not transparenting them does mean they are any different if they were transparent. In fact, if you make them transparent, they go back to edit them, all black on the outside becomes nothing.

Most people who make intros use sony vegas, and I have seen some people use animoto, but vegas is probably a better choice. Find someone who has it, or if they have a free version, use it, but you won't have all the capabilities of the full version.

This might be better for an artist, try asking one of them using their threads.

You know, Chuck Noris has never had to worry about roaming legendaries. The legends roam in search of him, and his spicy taquitos.

On a serious note, it looks good. The coloring is wierd though. Have you tried...Orange?

But no really, the face on that thing looks a little weird. Chuck never frowns. He doesn't smile either. He doesn't have a poker face either, because he always wins. But the frown is kind of weird. Try a straight face or half-smirk.

Except that 1) everyone tells people to use iaza if they don't have software and 2) GIMP is free. If, for some reason, you can't download a free program to your computer, then you are put at a disadvantage, but you are not prevented from doing it. Simply put, not making a sprite transparent just shows that you are lazy.
