It is still a big mixture of pieces of other fire starters. It "technically" counts as a fusion, but you didn't stabilize a specific color pallete, just used the original pieces as they were.
2 theyre sposed to look like that

You called them all "Epic..." with their type as the suffix. That's as original as calling Salamence "EpicDragon". Something original would be like Explousion for my as you said "epic" Exploud Volcano Golem.

Sorry if it sounds harsh. I remember hearing all of this when I was new to spriting. It helps you grow though. Like water to a seed, or Steroids to Barry Bonds. Smogon is just giving you steroids, that's all.

Edit: Nice, Its_A_Random! It took me a while to see that the "Phione" was Manaphy in disguise, but it looks nice. That's how you know you've got a good disguise! :D Just to make sure, Blissey is trying to look like Evo-Stone Chansey?

Thank you. Yes, Blissey is trying to look like Evo Stone Chansey, but I pretty much failed on that part...But yes, thank you for the rate.

Her splice is pretty good! The only issue I see is that Jolteon's zigzag thing has an awkward transition to the left (our right) side of the head.

also, icay, ty for the advice, it was valuable:
1.) Even if it IS looking sideways, the areas surrounded by rectangles in this pic:

should be omitted because they are distracing in your creation. In any case, they'd be burned up because you have flames in the circled area.
2.) They're supposed to look tacked on? As you have been told by others, they shouldn't look tacked on. They should look like a natural FUSION. Key word: FUSION.
3.) Good for you, take pride in your creations. However, you need to also be sure to take note of people's criticisms and try to understand them better. When people tell you to change the color of some wings, it's probably a good idea to change the color of the wings. If you're at a blank for the color, just ask someone, they'll help you out.
4.) You don't see how "Epicflame" is unoriginal? First off, fusions of starters have been done before, and in ways that are more visually pleasing than these. Secondly, the adding of the word "Epic" to any other word is used far too often, and doesn't really work for a Pokemon's name. You are attempting to make a new Pokemon by fusing old Pokemon, try maybe fusing the names.
5.) Yes, you are new to this. This has been evidenced by your creations. But look at your creations, then look at others' and try to see what's wrong with yours. If you think they look up to par, then post them and ask for C+C. Only ask for advice ONCE, and then just wait patiently. Don't bog down the thread with posts and then ending them with, "

1) 2 things, one i do realize and did change that, and two, u know how hes a fire type? that means he atks with fire, and atop of that, fire shoots out of his wrists, so don't you think fire types would, naturally, BE FIREPROOF? if he has an itch and forgets to douse his wrist flames, hed be in trouble!!!
2)i was just saying that cuz i d k how to make it not takked on

4) duh i know its a common idea, i was just sharing how i thought they would look, also, i blanked out on what to name them! its hard to merge more than 2 names
5) im not patient. end of story

Better, but there are some things wrong with them.
First off, "Epicflame" is looking better. The simple change on the colors of the wings made a huge difference. That part looks a lot better. However, the arm guards on the his wrists aren't exactly necessary, and are actually kind of distracting. Also, if you're looking for a new name, I would go with "Blaziken with a couple added parts."
Second, "Epicwater" has the same story as the other two. It's a base sprite with a few small extras on it. Blended in a way that's alright with Blastoise's features, but that's about it.
Third, "Epicgrass" is like how "Epicflame" was in its beginning stages. He looks tacked on, and one of the most striking things is the Sceptile head that's plastered on top of Torterra's jaw. I would suggest maybe going with Torterra's green color scheme for Sceptile's face.
As for "Vabolteon," the paws, ears, and mane need to be smoothed in. The yellow could be fixed by putting in Vaporeon's color scheme. If you wanna keep them yellow, make them more of a greener yellow, and maybe put some sort of main thing above the ankles.

1.) Good job on getting rid of the wing things. (Also, note that all fire pokemon have the fire shooting out of spots where there would be fire, or in a spot where it would be hard to catch the rest of the body on fire, even if they are fireproof. Though, to the reverse there are a few exceptions, Rapidash's legs spring to mind.)
2.) Try smoothing outlines, colors, etc. to make them look ore "fused."
3.) Ok, then do it on the sprites, there was about 3 people to make the wings match Blaziken and several redos before you made a version that matched well.
4.) Then don't ask how it isn't original. When you do that then say, "Duh" to me, it makes you seem stupid. If you blank on the names, ask for help. Blazard would fit, especially seeing as Blaziken and Charizard are the two major components for this fusion. Megatortilesaur? Blastorteonatr? I don't know, but not all of the names need to be fused, maybe just the names of the most used sprites. If you can't use them all, don't worry about it. If you just really draw a blank, make up a new name, just try to think of an original name. And don't call anyone else stupid for pointing out that it's unoriginal when you act like it's original.
5.) Well, you make that all too apparent.
