Hard to tell, some are really slow. The seconds shouldn't be off, but I can't make guarantees. I would search +/- a couple hundred delays.
Use the RNG Reporter Dex/IV Check button
You can use the mini-dex in RNG reporter, it lists the abilities when you select a Pokemon :)
A tip to everyone Wondercard RNGing in DPPt:
Use Wichu's Wondercard Helper! Just advance to the frame you need, pick up your gift, input the stats in the wondercard helper and you'll see what you hit instead, and adjust your timer accordingly. I recommend using low frame seeds though, to avoid the need to advance a lot of frames.

Quick noob question:
On the top half of Seed to Times, what do I select? Does it have to do something with the time of my seed? All help is appreciated.

Essentially the Seed to Time part of the RNG reporter determines what time you are going to be resetting at to hit your delay for your pokemon. Choose a seconds you are comfortable with and a year that produces a delay you can hit.
So now for my question. I was RNGing Ash's Pikachu in Platinum, tried THREE different marts, and every time I would hit frame 5 (target frame is 4) even though I was saved right in front of the delivery man, did only two journal flips, and the NPCs didn't move. What's going on?
Damn. How could this happen to me in 3 separate marts? >.< So could I just resave one step away, and then see if I hit 4?
One more question. (Sorry for being annoying)- If I still have the Member's Card Wondercard on my DS, can I use the rebattle code to battle Darkrai? And would if so, that wouldn't count as hacking the wondercard right?
So I'm trying to figure out how to RNG capture, but I'm having trouble finding the specific things I want in RNG reporter. For instance, right now, I'm trying to find a spread of about 31/31/31/x/31/31 w/ adamant (don't have a synchronizer) nature, any ability, and it's still searching through seeds and hasn't found any yet. Do I have a bad ID/SID spread? Am I doing something wrong? Or am I just being too specific? I'm not really sure if I'm doing something wrong, but I feel like I should be able to get a near flawless spread.

Well I tried RNG'ing without pikatimer. Now a usual delay I hit is 491. I tried hitting it and I got the jolly magikarp. I then went for IV's and I got that too. Although I don't get alot of options now since I can't RNG upto delays over 497. Or under 485. It will take a while to get them shiny aswell.
Jubilife city has 1 wandering NPC, I usually do Wondercards there.
How do I find out which frame I need to hit using that seed?
Okay, so I worked on it a bit longer. I'm trying to get a flawless ditto of any nature on route 47 (where it has the highest encounter rate). Using pokeRNG, and selecting slots 2-5 (the slots for ditto), I got these two seeds: F90B0827 and 790B0827.
From here, what do I have to do to make sure I run into a ditto when I use sweet scent, and how do I figure out which frame to use it on? I'm a little confused as to how much I add or subtract from my target frame.

Sweet scent requires its own calibration, and it's either 1 or 2 in grass. So, you would apply repel in the area, save in a patch of grass with your synch in the first slot (if you're using one), hit your delay, advance the frame to 1 or 2 before (I hear more often than not it's 2, it's 2 for me at any rate), then use sweet scent.
Right. This time I tried doing Snorlax without pikatimer. I can't even get past the shiny seed. I'm always missing the delay by two.

I kept hitting 493. And when I tried to go faster it would end up somewhere at 487. I think it's broke. I went to 2008 to make the delay 493. Then I kept hitting 491. I mean seriously whats wrong. I've been doin this for and hour and a half!

It just happens sometimes, either you keep trying or you pick a completely different delay. Although, this looks like a button mashing delay so you may want to pick something significantly higher so you can have more control (it's what works for me, my calibrated is 494-ish and I always pick 600 + delays).

White roamer woes.
Using a white cartridge, MAC address CA544C, I did the following while saved inside the house but about to step outside:
1) Set my game time to 2011-02-07 20:30
2) Started my run.
3) Soft reset after 43 seconds.
4) Said yes to the CGear 28 seconds after entering the game inside the house.
5) Stepped out of the house and pressed A quickly at each opportunity until the scene ended.
6) Caught the roamer and IV'd it.
7) Nature: Jolly, IVs: 11/3/16/21/17/6
I ran this through RNG Reporter 8.40 capture tab with a max frame of 20 and delay ranging from 1600 all the way to 7000 and did not get a hit.
It is very time consuming to search with both a large Max Frame and a large delay interval. If I knew the approximate range of each based on my timing I could conduct a narrower search.
Any help would be appreciated.
