Is Species Clause a rule in Street Pokémon?

Also, someone needs to make an image macro that looks like this:

THIS IS NOT A WARSTORY
(picture of log)
THIS IS A LOG

because I thought it was funny when Jibaku said it in the Spinda Sweep thread.

You see, we could post it whenever we want to say this.

Nuts! So yeah, here are all of the Pokemon with Sand Veil that can use this type of set:
-Sandslash
-Dugtrio
-Cacturne
-and, as you said: Gliscor, the Bulkiest of them. So I edited my post to make it a Gliscor moveset.

Symphony of Destruction
Chatot @ Life Orb
*Max Speed & Attack*
-Encore
-Tail Glow/ Shell Smash
-Aura Sphere/ Sword of Mystery/ Vacuum Wave
-Hurricane/ Areoblast/ Air Slash/ Chatter/ Shadow Ball/ Ice Beam

Encore a Ghost, Ground, or non-attacking move, and set up Tail Glow/Shell Smash as your opponent switches. Now sweep with Fighting + Flying special attacks; a combo only resisted by Zapdos & Rotom.

Aura Sphere has great PP and always hits, but Sword of Mystery is nearly as powerful, and hits the opponents physical defense. Vacuum Wave is for Priority, which is probably gonna be a big part of the meta-game.

Hurricane is the strongest special flying move, but should only be used on a rain team; Areoblast has great power & accuracy, but low PP; Air Slash has a good flinch chance and high PP; and I mentioned Chatter only for two reasons:
1) It can confuse the opponent
2) Chatter is the only move you can't sketch, meaning no other Pokemon can learn it, so it would be great for taunting your opponents:
"Wish you had this move? TOO BAD YOU CAN'T!"

If you're worried about Rotom and/or Zapdos, then you can ditch the flying moves for Shadow Ball or Ice Beam.

The recorded soundtrack for Chatter should be a quote from a Megadeth song. You know, to make the opponent even more mad.

Anyways, unless this glitch doesn't work in gen 5, I can see a lot of Shell Break and Butterfly Dances on everything that can abuse it.

Actually, you can teach any mimic-glitch pokemon Chatter + 3 other glitched moves.

You just have Chatot mimic glitch Smeargle, have it learn Chatter normally, and then have another pokemon mimic glitch that Chatot.

....so you can have every Pokemon saying whatever you want.
That sounds amazing.
Also where do I find this tier on a simulator? D:

Chatter is Chatot-only. It's even banned in Random B/W Battles (Chatot, not the move lol) so people can't try to be funny and have their Chatots yelling profanities and the like.

As I said, Chatter is Chatot-only. It will fail if used by anything else.

...At least it did in DPPt, but I don't see why they would have changed it. No one cares about either of them anyway.

How about shell break jirachi with sacred fire, discharge, and iron head?

Or gear change. Either way, super status and super damage.

Arceus @ Poison Plate
~ Sleep Talk
~ Extremespeed
~ Earthquake
~ Stone Edge/Waterfall/Recover

It may not have every move in existence in its arsenal, but it's still Arceus.

Any reason why it uses the poison plate?
I think it could be useful to use something that resists ES, considering how common it will be.

Fucking hell. Why hasn't anyone thought of this?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Solar Blaster

Groudon w/ Life Orb/Expert Belt
Ability: Drought(duh)
EVs: 4 Atk/252 SpA/252 Spd
Nature: Mild(or the nature that reduces Defense and increases SpA, I dunno if I got this right)

-Growth
-Earthquake/Fire Punch/Drain Punch/Nitro Charge/Dragon Claw/Thunderpunch
-Earthquake/Fire Punch/Drain Punch/Nitro Charge/Dragon Claw/Thunderpunch
-Solarbeam/Thunderbolt/Ice Beam/Dragon Pulse/Overheat/V-Generate

A lot of fucking options for this crazy motherfucker. With a SunnyGrowth, it can setup to +2 in both attacking stats in one turn, and sweep. This set doesn't fear Tyranitar, who gets Earthquake'd in the ass, or Abomasnow, who gets hit with Fire Punch/Nitro Charge. Obviously don't use 2 attacks of the same type together(I kill you if you run Fire Punch/Nitro Charge/Overheat), and remember that NC is illegal with V-Gen. Belt is an option if you hate the LO recoil. Note that Kyogre counters this clean, although it needs to switch in on Growth and be a +Spd nature(which Groudon cannot run, you need to raise your crap SpA), or switch in on Solarbeam. A +Spd nature is also not run so that you will lose against Kyogre in the event that both are switched in together, such that the sun will be shining instead. Hippowdon is generally bulky enough to eat something and phaze Groudon with Yawn/Roar, so beware of that as well. Nitro Charge btw is only on that set if you want to be even more overkill and increase Groudon's Speed.

Now that's an specific moveset, don't you think? How about you add Close Combat and Shadow Claw as options aswell while you're at it?

And Double-Edge, Volt Tackle, hurricane (GROUDON IS A FUCKING BADASS AND CAN DEAL WITH 50% ACCURACY), every single move in the game!
