How are abilities determined for priority (e.g. if Tyranitar and Ninetales are sent out at the same time, does it become a Sandstorm or Sunny)?

They're decided by speed - the fastest inducer's weather goes up first, then the slowest cancels it. Being slower is therefore better purely to set weather, making Ninetales a bad lead against another weather team. Iron Ball can be used to slow your weather lead down if need be, however, as it impacts the total speed of your pokemon, and some weather mons use -Spe natures and less Spe IVs to be sure of getting their weather up (mostly Hippowdon).

Would it benefit me in the longrun to strip my Ninetales of her Speed to get a jump on Sand teams? I seem to have the most problems with Tyranitars ruining my weathe.

Not really Ninetales has 100 base speed wich is just too much even with - nature and 0 IVs tyranitar needs to run 108 evs to outspeed you and not many TTars invest so much in Spe outside of DD and Scarf variants (both are rare).

Being faster than them is actually good as you can burn them before they can attack you (still be aware of Stone Edge).

If your really have problems with TTar get a fighting type on your team that can take advantage of him ,maybe hitmontop it can even spin rocks away wich helps Ninetales alot.

If we get the Celebi from the event at all (hopefully australia gets it)
How in the world of pokemon are we supposed to trade the Celebi to Pokemon Black/White without 2 Nintendo DSes

Should Curse be used at all, even in this fast-paced metagame?

some pokemon *coughferrothorncough* want to lower their speed. They are slow anyway, and they have a move which gains power when you are slower *coughgyroballcough*

Also, it can be used by pokes like Snorlax, Bulky Ttar etc.

Find a friend with another DS. You can't do it (or the legendary beasts) with only one.

No, pokemon that come from DPPt/HGSS CAN NOT hold items, at all, what so ever. It's been confirmed. Nothing. Sorry bro. I think the berries they were holding were just there for filler.

The event Legendary Beasts can be transfered via a special Transfer Machine( to unlock some kind of event if i remember right) and if i am not mistaken they hold their Event Berry, when transfered.

People keep saying Psychic is a terrible offensive type, but is it at least a good defensive typing?

Defensive, it is not very good:

Resisting:
Fighting
Psychic

Weak to:
Dark
Bug
Ghost

That is one of the main reasons why stuff like Cresselia isn't used very much

Offensively, it became better this generation. MUCH better. It beats all the new Fighting type pokes, defensively and offensively.

For Gen 5, I need a replacement spin blocker for my Rotom-C. Unfortunately, my rotom also fills the role of electric, grass and fire attacker as well as paralysis spreader (my guess is that I will end up having to make dramatic changes to my current team). Where can I find a list of 5th gen OU ghosts? Or another thread where people have discussed how to replace rotom?

Well, Ghost / Electric is a pretty unique typing. You could try a regular Rotom, which worked well in 4th Gen UU; you get everything Rotom-C does except for Leaf Storm. If you want a more defensive ghost (spin blocker), Burungeru might be a good addition; it's specially bulky and has access to reliable recovery.

Is Wring-Out worth it on a Cradily with better Sp.Attack than Ph.Attack?
It has Giga Drain(I prefer it over Energy Ball after the power increase; I'll be shifting the Cradily over from Pearl with it), Stockpile, and Recover. I was thinking of running Stealth Rock, but that gives it too few attacking options, as Giga Drain has poor coverage, relatively low PP for a move that wont be doing too much damage, and there are better Stealth Rockers. It has a -Atk nature, so Rockslide is sort of a moot point, but I can't seem to find any okay Special Attacks for the last slot.

What is Burungeru called in English?

You could fill your boxes completely and go battle Reshiram/Zekron, and since you can't catch it, the game will let you faint it and you will be able to face N, after that it will respawn on the top of Dragon Spiral Tower, where it will be just like any other stationary legend.

is this the legal method of obtaning reshiram/zekrom shiny?

heard something about it but never really paid attention...
