this is actually false. It's fast enough to outspeed everything up to base 111 (Thundurus\Tornadus) after a single DD and with its natural bulk and shed skin it's not really hard to get 2 dragon dances and then sweep with its 2 stabs and ice punch.

My Jolly EV'ed one has 80 Spe at lv50.. lol

80 + 40 = 120

I believe Base 111's are around 175-178 or something (at 50)

Scrafty reaches 236 spe with a positive nature and 354 after a DD, base 111 Pokemon reach 353 with a positive nature, you do the math...

It may sound a bit weird, but how about a Sassy (+SpDef, - Spd) Swampert with 248 HP/216 Def/44 SpDef ? This makes Swampert a mixed defender

Moveset:
SR
EQ
Ice Beam
Roar

I managed to win a dream world espeon on the "befriend a pokemon" game on the official site. When I'm finally able to download it, is there any way to reset for a good nature? Can I SR or is it a set nature??

I'm not sure if they've been released at all yet. But honestly, I wouldn't worry about it. You'll lose one point off some other stat, big deal. Hardly worth the time it would take to redo the EVing from 100 to 252.

EDIT: Err, yeah, there is that I guess.

I have a hard time deciding between Ice Punch and T-Punch on Metagross...without T-Punch, Water-types (especially Gyarados) will be troublesome, but without Ice Punch, Gliscor, the genies and Zapdos will wall me...what is the better move and why?

I'm working on a new team, and I have a couple questions.

-What Pokemon has good synergy with Scrafty and Gengar?
-Which is preferred on a Jolly Dragon Dance Scrafty, Shed Skin or Moxie?

Honestly, it depends on how well the rest of your team handles things. As you've pointed out, neither is a fix-all solution for Metagross, so you're going to have to switch out for something. So which things are you more comfortable switching to in the rest of your team?

I'll be going for the Battle Subway soonish, so I'm after a few tips.

1) Thinking of leading Haxorus. Is this good? If so, Swords Dance or Dragon Dance, and should I put all EVs in Attack & Speed, or invest in some bulk to help against Sturdy stuff and the like? If not, why not?
2) If I do lead Haxorus, what stops him in general?

Haxorus is really frail. If you lead with him and can't OHKO the opponent right away (because of Sturdy or resistances or whatever) Haxorus is pretty much dead. You're better off focusing on his attack and speed and using him as a revenge killer, probably forgoing Dragon Dance and Swords Dance altogether and maybe even going for a Choice Band set with the intention of switching him out a lot. That way your Haxorus might actually get to use his monstrous attack more than once before fainting.

For some reason...say I have a 31 Def Munna w/Power Belt and 31 HP Munna w/Power Weight in the DayCare. I always end up getting one of those IVs passed down, not both. Anybody else have this trouble? (I triple-checked to see if they had perfect IVs, and they did.)

Is there a way to breed a Ferroseed that knows Stealth Rock AND Spikes?
So far I've only been able to do one or the other. ._.

Yes. Breed Spikes onto male Dwebble, level the Dwebble to 24 when he learns Stealth Rock, then use that Dwebble as the Father for your Ferroseed.

As far as I know, you can only use one power item at a time. You cannot pass down two IVs by using two power items.

What can I do to increase happiness in BW, and where? (Want to evolve my Riolu into Luke, and since it's at level 50 already I can't just use the level gain like I do with low level stuff.)

According to Bulbapedia, no. Generally I think it's only on secondary effects that may happen; for example it doesn't affect DynamicPunch or Zap Cannon.

Reposting my own Q due to last post syndrome:

Generation 5 happiness is much more inconvenient, just make sure it doesn't faint too often and don't use the herbal medicines and don't trade it. However, make sure it always has a Soothe Bell and walk, give it vitamins, and level it up when you can. You can check its happiness in Nacrene or Icirrus
