As far as I know, you can only use one power item at a time. You cannot pass down two IVs by using two power items.

Oh, I thought it was possible to do so. Now, breeding for a Munna just became easier, and harder. Harder in the sense of good IVs, but easier in the sense of natures, aloures come up so often that there HAS to be a good IV mixed. But anyways, thatnks for clearing that up for me.

What can I do to increase happiness in BW, and where? (Want to evolve my Riolu into Luke, and since it's at level 50 already I can't just use the level gain like I do with low level stuff.

If I recall correctly, you can gain its happiness by walking it around. Each number of steps you take increases its happiness by one point. But another problem is that even if you get it up to max happiness, you have to level it up one more time to evolve it.

For my question, (and I'm sorry if it has been answered before), but has anyone tested the item "Ability Urge". Like for example, does it work on one-turn abilities (for example, intimidate), and get an extra intimidate on the foe? Does it activate abilities then have its affect on the user? (for example, regenerator, does it heal the ally or does it heal the user?)

I set up my own personal pokemon tournaments for the kids in my neighbor hood, but Black and White doesn't seem to be able set pokemon to lvl 100 under wi-fi battles. I have noticed that the IR Battles do allocate pokemon to 50, but not 100 (unless I missed something) which is where I have complications.
I need to find a good way to have fair pokemon battles where everyone is leveled out the same. Also, I am curious about how the IR works with EVs. Is there a maximum stat level increase available?

BW doesn't have anything that auto-levels to 100. You'll have to do them at level 50.

At level 50, if the IV is even, then 8 EVs equals 1 stat point (before Nature boost/drop). If the IV is odd, then the first four EVs give one stat point, with 8 EVs per stat point thereafter.

I don't see a problem. If everything becomes level 50, it's just as fair as everything becoming level 100 which never existed. It's the same result just it takes less time to get to level 50 than 100. And I have no idea what IR has to do with EVs

Question: What moves should Lucario use in the Subway out of the following list? It will definitely use Aura Sphere and Vacuum Wave, as for the other two, my options are: Flash Cannon, Dark Pulse, Shadow Ball, Dragon Pulse, Psychic, and Water Pulse. I'm leaning towards using Flash Cannon just for the powerful STAB but I'm not sure if it would actually accomplish anything

Edit: Thanks for all the timely answers

Flash Cannon is pretty mediocre in terms of coverage, with Aura Sphere, but it is an option. I would definitely at least pick Shadow Ball for the unresisted fight+ghost coverage. As with all other things, this sort of depends on what your other 2 guys do. If you need an out against other fighting types, Psychic is a good option. If you need a generally strong attack and/or an attack against dragons, Dragon Pulse is best. Dark Pulse is redundant with Shadow Ball, coverage-wise. So... depending on what you need, Psychic or Dragon Pulse (in a void, I'd pick the latter).

Dragon pulse can (probably will) come in handy.
Flash Cannon would provide a second STAB but there isn't that much steel is effective against.

Maybe Shadow Ball for psychic types.

Hidden Power Ice and Dark Pulse/Shadow Ball (your pick, they are SE against the same things) provide best coverage with fighting moves. If you want to go mixed, you can use Stone Edge. Psychic, Dragon Pulse, Water Pulse, and Flash Cannon don't provide as much coverage as HP Ice and DP/SB.

Where do you find information like this? Or do you guys test it out?

According to Bulbapedia, no. Generally I think it's only on secondary effects that may happen; for example it doesn't affect DynamicPunch or Zap Cannon.
According to a Darmanitan I was partnered with in the Battle Subway, Sheer Force DOES stop Flame Charge's Speed boost.

How exactly does Pokeshift work? I mean I know it's between 2 DS but the people here ask for Pokeshifters so I got curious and is there another way around transferring old gen pokes?

Well, I'm not sure if I can ask here my question but I need an answer :s
How can I RNG without change the date of my DS or having a coherent date for my RNGed Pokemon? I'm sure I saw something about this but I don't know where.
Thank you.

Does anyone know where I can get a Mental Herb in game, or is it like the EV-reducing berries in that I can't legitimately obtain any yet?

Well, you'd have to just wait for the required date/time to occur, adn then you'd only get one shot at it. Basically, you have to change the date on your DS. But it doesn't have to be a weird year or anything; you can probably RNG most of what you want and have it come up as April of this year, for instance.

It's a Wonder Launcher item, like Dire Hit, Item Drop and X Speed. It reactivates abilities that already have been activated, like Intimidate and Wonder Scale, I think.

Okay, so it's April 5th now, yet on my black version, my game still says "Autumn" every time I load it up. What's up with that? My White version seems fine, it says Winter.

If it helps to know, I've been SRing on both games for a shiny Tepig since the games were released in the US.

Try walking through a gate to a different town.

The seasons only change between loading screens (when you go outside, even?), that's probably the reason.
