One thing I think a lot of people miss is that the Rotom formes are now tiered separately, which means all Rotom bar Rotom-W are in UU. Thoughts?

Everything needs some team support. If you use victini, you can counter all of them.

rotom-H is a great revenge killer under the sun, and w/ a STAB sun-boosted overheat and volt change for scout i see him doing good.

Anyone agress that Staraptor still rapes in UU?
With Reckless it's insanely hard to take hits from it. Even the mighty Suicune suffers a 2HKO from it.

Celebi is far from "AHH", mew and chansey are ok, gorebyss is meh since it takes ages to get the pass, victini rapes in sun (which should be banned soon) and Kyurem is probably gonna be banned too, and yeah, staraptor is a bastard but with vitini's v-create in the sun nobody really cares, wait till vulpi gets the boot

Scarf Flygon is excellent. In every single game I've used it, it has more than pulled its weight, and that's over twenty games. (With one notable exception when I switched it into HP Ice and got OHKO'd)
If you're Jolly, it outruns Tangrowth in sun and OHKO's with sun boosted Fire Blast. 80/80/80 is by no means fragile too. Then there's the obvious perk of outrunning every single dragon in the tier, and the fact that Scarfed Outrage rips through weakened teams like a chainsaw through liquefied butter. The whole hazards thing is really good too, because it allows you to keep switching in for rampage after rampage. It's quite rare that it actually gets picked off during the Outrage, because (particualrly if the opposing steel is eliminated) opponents often switch around to soften Outrage's blow. It can take Donphans Ice Shard and a bunch of other random stuff like CB victini Zen Headbutt, so it's easily able to dip in and out, weakening walls, causing general chaos and revenge-killing here-and-there.

seconding this, flygon has been very impressive so far. i'm amazed that u-turn wasn't mentioned though; i abuse u-turn on scarfgon to no end and rarely find that it's a bad move.

Good job Venusaur missed out on UU too. Venusaur was good enough in Gen IV, imagine now with Chlorophyll and Vulpix!!

For UU threats at the moment, that is acceptable, but I seriously think that once they receive their respected tier movements, she needs to go.

I wouldn't have minded Chansey if she was used the way she's intended to be; a Special Wall who poses no offensive threat.
However, the fact it can outstall a STAB 120 BP move coming from 393 attack, that kinda makes me believe something's really, really wrong.

That's the problem though, aside from very few other things like Milotic, Chansey is one of the only Pokemon that is an answer to Kyurem. I think if Chansey goes, then Kyurem HAS to go. Either way, it probably won't happen it that order, so whatever.

That's not an exception; that's the exact principle behind the rule. We need to make sure not to make any more bans than the exact minimum necessary to prevent that from happening.

And as there's no evidence whatsoever that that is happening right now, with the possible exception of Victini, there's nothing we have to worry about.
