Is there a definite post on the clauses that are going to be permitted in Gen V? I did a google search but most posts were all speculation back in 2010. I'm generally a WiFi player so my friends and I wanted something to go on with our battles.

^ No problem.

A question of my own, would a Tauros set like this work well?

DW Tauros @ Life Orb
Jolly + Sheer Force
6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Rock Climb
Rock Slide
Zen Headbutt
Bulldoze

I chose Bulldoze over Earthquake because of the Sheer Force boost, and because if LO is used with Earthquake, LO gives recoil. I'm trying to avoid any recoil whatsoever on this set.

I definately recommend EQ over bulldoze. Bulldose is just a little bit over 100 BP with LO and EQ reaches 130 with LO. I put these calculations here just so you can have some considerations. You will notice how much damage variates between this pokemon.
Also, blizzard with 40 spatk EVs and naive/ hasty nature can OHKO 252/0 gliscor and fire blast with the same EVs can OHKO nattorei, because of the sheer force boost, just to give you another sense of sheer force's power.

Safeguard stays up for five turns regardless of what you do, switching or otherwise. It's basically a field effect on your side of the field.

I don't know whether this goes here or not, but i'll ask anyway.
I have a box and a half full of Yamask obtained after my short MM run for a shiny, almost all Bold, with max Defense IVs, but I want to get rid of most of them, and keep one for use as a Cofagrigus. What I want to know is, out of the two remaining defensive IVs (Sp.Def and HP), which has more priority on a Cofagrius? Which one should I be aiming to get quite high IVs in?

Reposting, and editing the question slightly

By the end of the 19 days, a lot more people will be above 1450.

Would you say that 50+ would be above 1450?

Also, out of the following, who is best as a late game sweeper (assuming the team can support the Pokemon properly):
Calm Mind Suicune, Calm Mind Latios, or CurseLax?
Suicune has Scald, so oppenents can occasionally be forced to use special attacks, which barely scratch Suicune as it Calm Minds.
Latios has Speed, instant recovery and a great STAB.
Snorlax is the bulkiest.

hey i have a modest gengar
31 ivs speed and Sp.A
252 Sp.A 252 speed 4 def
should i use life orb or choice scarf

It depends on your team, but generally LO Gengar is much deadlier.

Now for my question..

Out of the following, who is generally best as a late game sweeper (assuming the team can support the Pokemon properly):
Calm Mind Suicune, Calm Mind Latios, or CurseLax?
Suicune has Scald, so oppenents can occasionally be forced to use special attacks, which barely scratch Suicune as it Calm Minds.
Latios has Speed, instant recovery and a great STAB.
Snorlax is the bulkiest, and after a curse he can effectively wall both physical and special attacks

if i use life orb i am always outspeed by timid gengars
thats why im thinking of using choice scarf

if i use choice scarf what moves should it have?
