Since you want it to be a revenger, it really needs the added speed of a Choice Scarf. It doesn't really outspeed many common offensive mons without. Band is better for taking out defensive mons.
I have a quick question about the Dream World: Is there ANY way to get the points faster to unlock different area's ? I've been going on the Dream World site for like a week and a half and I STILL haven't unlocked the sky area with DW Gligar, or the undersea area with DW Slowpoke ... I can't even finish my team without them either .. :/

I generally prefer mibbit since it's in browser and you just have to select the synirc network and go to smogon, the most annoying part is registering your username on the chat, which needs a password and an email, after that it's flying colours.
Does Multiscale affect Counter's damage?
Get lots of dream pals, water their berries, leave good stuff on your share shelf, play lots of games and do well, and bring back pokemon. That's all you can do. It takes 2500 points to get to the flying area, while the most you can realistically get in a day is around 400, so it takes a while. The undersea area is 7500 iirc, so it will take a lot longer. If you don't have the patience to get them yourself, I would suggest trading for them.
That's probably what I'm going to end up doing, thanks for clearing it up. Next time I will be sure to be patient and wait for the question, I'm just new to the forums is all ...

If it is you will get the dammage dealt to you wich you just did on the enemy.
As most people nowadays have focus sash to use counters it will most likely still be a KO i think.
I have a question about trading, it might sound a little dumb.
Now, first off, when people make trade threads using Action replay to clone, and if I trade for such pokemon, can I use it in Wi-Fi battling? Or does that count as using a "Hacked" pokemon ? Also, if I create a trade thread and start trading such "Action Replay" pokemon, can I trade for just regular, RNG breeded one's ? Also, if I clone a pokemon using AR, can I use it in Wi-Fi ? Or is that "Cheating"?

It is not cheating altough it IS cheating if it has illegal moves and such you can use themthey are just Cloned so no harm in using them

Using cloned versions of legal Pokémon is acceptable
You can trade clones of legal Pokémon for other legal Pokémon. Illegally made Pokémon can never be traded on Smogon

I fight an Audino, who gievs 2 HP ev. If 2 pokemon participate in the fight, do they each gain 2 ev, or is it split between them?

Any Pokemon that gets experience gets the full amount of EV's. So both get two.
The Exp. Share allows Pokemon to not fight and still get EV's. The Power Items give 4 additional of their respective EV's stats.

Counter is somewhat fixed damage, as it's double the damage from physical moves, so it wouldn't be affected...
Same with moves like Seismic Toss and Night Shade, they'd still do 100 damage (If you are Lv 100) :D
On a stall team of Blissey/Scarf Jirachi/Jellicent/Forretress/Gliscor/Tyranitar, which is the best set for the tyranitar?
How good is Flying as a type in this metagame? What are the pros and cons of it? And what are notable flying type pokemon?
Edit: Technician Breloom looks like an awesome mon to run. What are good moves/sets for him? Bullet seed is awesome, it has over 100 base power when hitting only 2 times. And I'm thinking Low Sweep would be a good move for him? It has 135 from stab tech, and lowering the opponents speed one stage is very useful as breloom's max speed is 262 :(

Basically, flying is good for the ground immunity and fighting resistance, but the rock (and therefore Stealth Rock) weakness can be an issue. Notable flying-types in OU are Thunderus, Skarmory, Gliscor, and in rain, Tornadus.

1. Action Replay and other devices to clone pokemon: Are pokemon cloned with AR allowed to be used in Wi-Fi Battles, but not in Tournaments? If so, must you RNG for Tournaments, but regular battles you can use cloned pokemon ?
2. Siggie: It's going to sound stupid but ... how do you put your FC in your sig? Cuz I haven't seen edit sig in my profile, so where is it ?

I know it may sound a little stupid, but why doesn't everyone use AR then ? It's a hell of a lot easier then RNG abusing / Breeding
