You don't need to do that. Torterra is allowed an analysis now. Check the index, there's a list of all allowed NU Pokémon and Torterra is on it. There's also a "Unfit for RU" list.

i tried out linoone, and i'd like to say. its pretty beastly with the right support (stealth rock, screens, optionally wynuat) if it is approved i'd like to reserve it now that Klinklang is in GP. its your call.
