Ok, so it's 3am, and the guy with the glasses just gave me wisdom glasses. I've gotten black glasses and wisdom from him now, but still no choice specs. I've beaten the E4... is there some other action I need to complete to get this jerk to hand over the choice specs?
 
I know we have discussed EV and exp share, but does pokerus work on pokes with exp share? Also does pokerus effect vitamin usage?
 
Pokerus does affect Pokemon who get their EVs with the Exp Share. It does not affect vitamin usage.
 
Does anyone know where the EV ribbon girl is? I found her once, but can't find her again and no walkthroughs mention her.

You know, the "your pokemon went for it stupendously!" chick. Although I think she leaves the 'stupendously' part out this time.
 
Simple question:

Magikarp + Power Weight = 5 HP EVs.
(Magikarp + Power Weight) * Pokerus = 10 HP EVs?

No.

Karp + Power Weight = 1 Spd + 4 HP
Karp + Power Weight + Pokerus = 2 Spd + 8 HP

...and now it's 8am, and for whatever reason, the ugly bastard coughed up the choice specs. I don't know why he did that, but who cares? Thanks for the help!
 
Just like you'd expect. If shedinja takes damage from an attack, he survives and the focus sash is used up. I believe it's been confirmed that focus sash doesn't protect him from sandstorm/hail/poison/burn/spikes, though.

Serious Nature
HP: 30
Atk: 20
Def: 4
Sp. Atk: 24
Sp. Def: 4
Spd: 16

Well, the only things that really suck are his defenses. Azelf is being a bitch to catch, and he has fairly good Atk/Sp. Atk/Spd.

By "used up" you mean for the battle right?

You're going to want at least 22 to outrun the 110's =[
 
After you beat the Tower Tycoon for the first time you start getting 4 or 5 BP per Tower completion.

No idea if it goes above 5
 
Does Quick Powder only work with Ditto? I would presume so since it holds it now instead of Metal Powder, and I also presume it is a 50% stat raise?
 
Is there no place to EV train attack for better EXP. than on route 212? I'm tired of fighting level 20 pokemon for 200 exp if I'm gonna grind my level 30 gible I might as well get some exp for it.
 
to clarify what the guy gives you for the times
4am~10am - Choice Specs
10am~8pm - Blackglasses
8pm~4am - Wise Specs
