Thank you Omega, and Sandslash. Adamant Garchomp...how often do you think I'd see that instead of Jolly? And, finally, could someone direct me to a list of base 90 speed pokemon? I have a feeling I'm going to be linked to a serebii page I haven't seen yet/forgot about, but it'd be a help.
@Jeeves: You'll probably see most Adamant Garchomps equipped with Choice Scarves, so they're going to outspeed your PorygonZ anyway. And there's pretty much no significant 90-speed Pokemon besides PorygonZ itself. I would watch out for people with Pikachus, though.

Another way is to breed a Meditite or Hitmonchan with a Buneary to get a male Buneary with Ice Punch, and then breed that Buneary with a Sneasel.
(Meditite/Hitmonchan) with Ice Punch -> Buneary with Ice Punch -> Sneasel with Ice Punch
Jynx is a little too female to be breeding moves to others :]
Choice band or Life Orb are the best items for Weavile, so two attacking moves are best for the last two slots. Night Slash, Ice Shard, Aerial Ace and Brick Break all work depending on what you want to hit.

My friend says that before you fight the elite 4, azelf will be in the cave, and it will flee to the wild after u beat the elite 4, forcing you to have to chase after it like mespirit. Is this true? Because I want to keep resetting for a good IV and nature dialga and azlef with cloned masterballs from emerald, and you can only transfer after beating the e4
And you can only transfer when you have the national dex, not immediately after you beat the E4.
