Reply to snapback sorry on iphone so just quick reply dont give up on rng hgss i myself have just started rng 4th gen wondercard abuse and found it easy-ish . You need to download wichu wondercard helper link on first page, I have just done jirachi celebi wondercards granted hitting the right seed delay and getting crap nature is frustrating but keep going and if you have the 3 shiny entei suicune raikou then natures set and you just need to hit seed delay

Yeah I am not giving up on RNG at all as I have RNGed quite a bit of Pokemon from 4th Gen now. But I really don't want to waste time waiting for one particular nature to pop up.
 
How feasible is it to RNG Mr. Pokemon or Cynthia's togepi? At that point in the game there's no way to check seeds or frames in either game, and I think there are also wandering NPCs to make your life fun.

Not sure about Mr. Pokemon's Togepi, but I have RNGd Cynthia's. All I did was attempt to hit my delay (you can in fact verify the delay you hit, but not until after you take the Togepi and check its IVs), check IVs to verify delay and frame, adjusted timer if needed, then try again. Also make sure you have a journal page with a Pokemon captured/defeated to advance the frame. What I did to hit my target frame was figure out how much the NPCs advanced if I take the egg right away by using the Find Seed by IVs tool in RNG Reporter (it's under 4th gen tools). This will tell you the delay and method 1 frame you hit. So if I got into the game and took the egg ASAP, and I hit frame, 6 I guess. My target is 40. 40-6 is 34, so I would do 17 journal flips next time and if I hit my delay I should end up on the right frame.

I'm not sure how possible this would be without an AR to check IVs, but you could try if you want a challenge.

Yeah, it's possible. I know of people which have done Mr. Pokemon's, but I'm not sure about Cynthia's.

Thank you both. I've never used my AR for RNG purposes, but I think I'll use it for the togepi so I don't waste too much time calibrating.
 
Okay, I have a question before I continue. I have hit my frame, but the Oak calls were four in. I'm trying to hit frame 32. Does that mean my frame has already been advanced four?

Most likely, especially if there are moving NPCs in the area. When I was RNGing Latios, my Elm calls would start on frame 2-3 and it still worked fine.

In the main window (that is the only window that opens when you first start the program), paste in your seed, set the method to whatever method you're using, and press Generate.
 
Okay, next question. I did what you said, and clicked when the Oak calls said I was on the right frame. Latias... not shiny. T.T What could I have done wrong? Everything says she SHOULD be shiny!

I said this on the Serebii thread, but make sure you account for the frame Latias starts on. Don't advance as if it starts on Frame 0.

EDIT: Well, I found her. I have to go for frame 30, not 32. But I critical hit and knocked her out. T.T Trying again!
