Upload it to an image hosting site, then use the URL from there.Ok, how do I attach an image that is not a url? So I need to get a synchronizer. Not too hard.

It's the earliest I could find a 31/HP_E/30/31/31/31 Modest (HP Ice 70) spread.I would bring 2 Chatots and flip between them to advance the frame just because I like to have control over the frames. You could use the NPCs but it seems like more of a hassle Imo. But I would never aim for a frame that high, so Idk if NPCs would be faster. But I think Chatters are the fastest, most consistent way.
I know there aren't any on the Power Plant route, but I was referring to the route leading up to it (Route 9). I saw at least 1 wandering NPC there. If this is in SS, there shouldn't be any NPCs on zapdos's route, so chatters would probably be the best way after finding your frame with phone/radio.

Wouldn't the radio station that advances 13-14 be much quicker? You can go from the middle to the station back and forth pretty quickly.
479 (my absolute minimum during calibration) to 3000. I had a total brainfart though, as Zapdos is Method K, not Method 1. Even with Method K, the lowest frame is 542 (using Synchronize). What did you have your delay range as when you searched? Sometimes if you search with a wider delay range you'll find the same spread and seed with a lower frame and higher delay.

According to this, the station that you must be referring to (Pokémon Talk) is inconsistent, and the only reliable ones are Pokémon Search Party (+1) and Serial Radio Drama (+1). If I have to stick with a one-at-a-time advancement, I think 2 Chatot would be faster than the radio, and it's also harder to lose count with Chatot since differences on their status screens (genders, levels, etc.) can help you keep track of whether your current count is odd or even. The problem with that is that radio advancements are not available every hour of the day.
But I do agree that it's easier and faster with the radio, so I'd go with that.
I flipped the coins and when comparing the sequence, the ones RNG Reporter showed didn't match the seed that I determined by catching the pokémon. In the case of Rotom, it's level 15, so in order to determine the seed I would have needed to level it up, and I don't have Rare Candies in that save because I went through the game as fast as I could just to be able to catch the legendaries exclusive to Diamond.
Oh, okay... I didn't know that (never RNG'd in Sandstorm).
I'm going after a Zapdos in SS on frame 551. What's the best way to advance the frame that far? Should I just use Chatters? Should I linger for awhile on the route before the Power Plant, let the NPCs there advance the frame, go up to Zapdos, find my frame with the phone or radio, and advance it the rest of the way?
I'm trying to get a flawless ditto. I clicked on time finder chose capture, set the year to 2012 set the minimum delay to 609 and maximum to 1200 chose method j set nature as timid (no synchronizer) set all IVS to 31 and checked the shiny only box, put ID: 13339 SID: 16434, and clicked generate. So far it has searched through < 1.1 × 10^7 frames and hasn't found anything. Is this expected? Will it find it eventually? Did I set my demands to high? Did I mess up?
Edit: Set year to 2012

Eontimer calibrates your game in 3rd Gen too, so I won't have to go through the calibration phase in the RNG Guide in the main page?
Yeah, you don't really have to do that calibration stuff. Similar to 4th gen, just enter the frame you hit in the right spot and press update and it will calibrate for you.
Thanks, PoJ. This probably won't be my last question.
EDIT: Okay so what do I put in the Seed in the main window of the reporter? I don't see any seed or hex. All I see is the frame. I am looking at the list in the guide. I feel like I am blind.
Which game are you using? If you're using Emerald, you put nothing. The seed you hit in Emerald is always 000000000 (Idk if that's the right number of 0s :P).
If you're on RS, then you need a dead battery. With a dead battery, the seed you hit is 5A00000 (again, Idk about the 0s). You can just put in 5A0.
I am using Emerald. Thanks again PoJ :P Anything I should take into consideration? Like set-up wise. I heard there is no worry about NPCs in 3rd Gen. Is that true?
Yeah. NPCs don't affect frames in Emerald.
Awesome. One last thing (I think), what do I do at the end of the first timer? Soft Reset at the menu, correct? And then the second one I am pressing A to Sweet Scent?
Yes, SR at the end of the first timer (doesn't necessarily have to be at the menu). And, yeah, at the second timer press A to sweet scent.
Start the timer when you have you GBA on. When first timer ends soft reset. When second timer ends sweet scent.
Wait so I can have the game on before I start the timer?
