Maybe it's the right team

Okay, so this looks like a pretty standard sun team, but there certainly are a few issues that I think can be resolved.

Ninetales looks fine, it's pretty standard so it'll be doing exactly what it's supposed to.

For Venusaur, I'd really recommend dropping Protect for Sleep Powder. With no Sleep Clause, you really want to be abusing that fast sleep as much as possible. Protect won't be necessary once you've put the threatening Pokemon to sleep, so it seems like the logical move to drop.

On Hitmontop, I'd run an Adamant nature, since Jolly isn't really granting you anything, and the boost in power from Adamant is much appreciated.
This team gets hit pretty hard by Trick Room, so Speed Boost Blaziken isn't the greatest thing in my opinion. You also have a ton of Pokemon weak to Rock Slide, and not a really reliable way to counter it. I'd recommend changing to a Pokemon like Terrakion, who can hit hard with fighting moves just like Blaziken, but also resists Rock Slide and can hurt those who use it.

Thundurus is fine, being able to spread around paralysis is cool, and Prankster Taunt can mess around with Trick Room setters.

Volcarona is fine, although Absorb Bulb should definitely be changed to Focus Sash. I'd also recommend trying Fiery Dance over Heat Wave or even Quiver Dance over HP Ground, although those really depend upon your playstyle.

So the changes overall are:

Venusaur @ Life Orb
4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
~ Solarbeam
~ Hidden Power Ice
~ Sludge Bomb
~ Sleep Powder

Hitmontop @ Fight Gem
244 HP / 252 Atk / 12 Spe
Adamant Nature
~ Close Combat
~ Sucker Punch
~ Wide Guard
~ Fake Out

Terrakion @ Chople Berry
4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
~ Rock Slide
~ Close Combat
~ Safeguard
~ Protect

Volcarona @ Focus Sash
4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
~ Bug Buzz
~ Heat Wave / Fiery Dance
~ Quiver Dance / Hidden Power Ground
~ Protect
---------

Hope this helps!

thank you so much for the long rate, at the moment i'm going to try sllep powder over protect or sludge bomb to see what's better, and surely i'll change absorb bulb for focus sash. Not to be rude, but i'll not change Blaziken, since it gave me lot of sadisfactions, also if I must admit that terrakion is pretty good too.
EDIT: I thought about terrakion over Blaziken...and the first would work so much better in this team, it fits simply all the problems i have..but..the point is that i'm stupid, and i want to keep Blaziken, maybe because it is the main reason of this team, or maybe because i want to bring it in VGC...i'm an idiot, i kn ow, but that's it..

In all honesty, I'm curious about why more people aren't using Hippowdon over TTar. Could it be because TTar has higher defenses? A Rock and Dark STAB? I don't know the big reason behind it, but Hippowdon just seems better than TTar. The only weather starter with a reliable recovery move; the lack of a Fighting, Ground, Bug, and Bullet/Mach Punch weakness; more viability as a TR pokemon; these are all great advantages to have. The Ice weakness is a pain, but Abomasnow is the only popular Ice type it needs to watch out for since Weavile can't really put any dents in it huge enough to 2HKO Sitrus Berry variants w/o an Expert Belt, and even then, there's his partners to worry about and his recovery move if he uses it. There's also the truth that most popular VGC pokemon with Ice moves are Water types more willing to use their STABs to kill the bulky hippo.

Long story short: Unless you really need to wall special attacks or need the speed of the Scarf set, TTar is generally outclassed by Hippowdon.

I'm absolutely positive I saw you post that in the VGC ask simple question get simple answer thread, obviously not relevant to this team...

Cresselia doesn't do any relevant damage, and I never see Psychic on Chandelure. Latios is all I'd really be worried about.

Overall, you team lakes Physical attackers and with your only physical attacker being Blaziken, you'll find yourself being walled a lot in the doubles metagame. I'm not suggesting that you replace Blaziken, it seems like a fairly decent choice, but if you are bent on using Blaziken, I suggest you change your team a little bit to compensate.

First off, Iron Ball Ninetails will almost never get weather up over Iron Ball Politoed or Tyranitar because of their remarkably higher speeds so you should focus on eliminating these threats with a strong Pokemon that loves the sunlight such as a physical Shiftry. Shiftry gives you excellent Fake Out Support and will outspeed Hitmontop to it everytime. Seed Bomb easily 2HKOs Tyranitar and OHKO's Politoed after Fake Out. Explosion is nice once you get down to your Sash as it can blow off some nice damage. You also have access to Sucker Punch for Latios and Cresselia but that can sometimes be predictable, so maybe if you're looking for a Special Attacker you can run Special Shiftry instead. But overall you'll see more victories running Shiftry over Venasaur.

Now lets talk about Volcarona. Volcarona is a pretty good Pokemon to use, and in sun it gets a nice hefty boost to Heat Wave. However, it's typing leads to serious issues considering the omnipresent Rock Slide attack. It also doesn't take likely to Surf either. All in all, Volcarona should be replaced with Heatran. Heatran contains not only an immunity but a boost from fire types thanks to it's ability Flash Fire. It also doesn't need to be afraid of Rock Slides as it's only neutral damage. Earthquake can present a problem as it takes x4 damage from it. For this you'll want to run a Shuca Berry on this pokemon.

So here are a simplified version of the changes I believe you should make:
275.gif

Shiftry@Focus Sash
Adamant
Chlorophyll
4HP/252Atk/252Speed
Fake Out
Seed Bomb
Sucker Punch
Explosion

Heatran@Shuca Berry
Modest
Flash Fire
4HP/252SpAtk/252Speed
Heat Wave
Earth Power
Hidden Power [Ice]
Protect

Good luck and have fun in Milan!
