Wow, I'm really stupid.
Yes, that is a good point, but I feel it is also possible the wolf -- I'm assuming for now it's the wolf -- wanted to just knock out a mafia, and kok was one of the most obvious candidates to them.

Additionally, what is everyone's opinion on lynching Rediamond? I would be for it, probably likelier than anyone else, because of his vanilla claim, general unhelpfulness, and imo lack of better targets. I still think there is a possible mafia hiding within the vanilla claims, and jumpluff is a bit more clean than Rediamond. I do count DLC as vanilla, since announcer has no impact on the game and could very well be mafia, but I think Rediamond is a bit more scummy.
I'm just going to use this post as a catalyst for summing up my current opinions on the lynch, as well as eventually answering zorbees. There are basically three major options at the moment that have been presented:
- Test pr777 vs. jumpluff
- Lynch Ace Emerald
- Lynch Rediamond
I've indicated that I'm amenable to all of these. The first because I feel like, now that the safeguard is dead, we're unlikely to be able to verify pr777's ability. Unless I'm really dumb (a possibility), there's no way to do it that I won't be lynched if pr777 is indeed mayor, which I obviously don't approve of because I
do think I contribute something to this village even if I'm constantly wrong and because every village death is a disaster, but I recognise that there's no way around that anyway, and we can't move forward with pr until we've done that. The second because I think it is likely that Ace and Dummy are mafia. The third because Rediamond is a legitimate suspect, and if he's not what he says he is, the loss is very minor (this is admittedly true of Ace Emerald as well, as martyr is like worthless, but it's better than a vanilla technically...) compared to lynching someone with a power claim.
I feel that there may well be a nobility safeclaim, which is something I realised after Ace Emerald brought up
my claim, especially with the line in lkk's role PM that billy pointed out. I don't actually agree that behaviourally he's done much to warrant a lynch
recently, though. I didn't enjoy his earlier stuff with Quagsires (#673), but my main problems with him were conditional on Ditto or UncleSam being mafia. Accusing him of general unhelpfulness is a bit rich -- remember what game we're in. Comparing him to others, I've found his posts to be fairly reasonable, if too sparse, in a game full of... do I have to say? ._.; At this stage, I only care about special cases like DetroitLolcat, but it seems, unless billy is mafia, there's little point pursuing it (the bell).
I'm also okay with a lynch on zorbees in the future, but not today, unless we receive some indication the second kill was from a village vigilante, or get a counterclaim from whoever subs in for aska and SoulTorrent.
I would like pr777's opinion on testing his role claim in this manner as well.
pokemonrocks777, today we
may end up ordering the votes so that if you are not what you say you are, you will die. If you are mayor, I will die instead. Is that acceptable to you? (I wish I knew how many votes pr's counts for... Two or three? ._< Still assuming two but not sure...) Also, like zorbees asked, what did you mean by this?
anyways one of my results i'm clean according to the Inspector
^ That.
A question for those of you advocating an Ace Emerald lynch. If Ace Emerald flips town, what do you propose we do next, especially wrt Dummy007?
Hosts: Votecount, please.
ETA: Oh~

Dummy007: from my POV, hes very clean as scum would have said their alliance check went through without my interference
Why is this the case? He knew you were almost certainly targeting him, because billy told you to several times. The only way this would be relevant is if he had some reason to believe that you
didn't interfere (i.e. has some kind of role like thief or whatever and was able to target whomever he was aiming at unimpeded, except we can account for the thief, but it's just an example in light of the inspector's death) and would thus disprove him if he claimed you did.
