Can somebody answer my questions?
Its possible, but I'm not sure exactly how. I think its Dragonite that you use.
1) 1/16 for poison pokes
2) 25%. 50% if you used the crit increase item, which i happen to forget the name of.
Bleh, how well would Focus Punch do?
How much does metronome increase by every turn?
Many people who know mew knows it can learn hypnosis. Check the analysis.
Anyone know how I can get it?
Yes, but you need Emerald. Breed a Male Gyarados/Altaria/Kindgra(Dragon) with a Female Dragonite(Dragon/Water 1). Level up the Male offspring to Dragonite and teach him Ice Punch via Battle Frontier tutor. Migrate him to Diamond/Pearl and breed with a female Feraligator (Water 1/Monster).
When catching Cresselia, are the natures/IVs determined at the start of the game or before you first encounter it and make it go to random routes?
Excellent for an IVs for both! Umbreon doesn't need to be fast, it's a tank. Vaporeon isn't exactly a speed demon either. With Bold nature, it's also pretty tanky.
I know that some status effect a pokemon but what do others do, I have wrote the ones I know and the ones I don't know:
Poison:
Burn: Burns foe and halfs attack?
Paralyze: Cuts 25% off speed, and has a chance the pokemon won't be able to attack.
Sleep: Puts the pokemon asleep
Frozen: The pokemon can not do anything until defrosted?

Dialga is more defensive, Palkia is more offensive.
Dialga has more resistances, but Palkia only has one weakness. Competitvely, I would say Palkia because he gets Spacial Rend, which is the dragon type Aeroblast (100 Base Power, 95% accuracy, high critcal rate...)
Focus punch would OHKO if you can get it off. Earthquake would have 100 BP and do 47-55% as stated earlier. Focus Punch would have 300 BP
where do you get the effort ribbion in d/p? or whomever it is that tells you when you've used up your EV points...

Poison does damage to the poke every turn. I dunno how much normal poison is, but i think toxic goes like 1/32, 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, but i'm not sure.
Man, back in RBY freeze was insane. A poke turned frozen would never thaw, so it was GG lol.

When i lose to Uxie/Azelf/Mespirit, do they keep the nature set from that battle?
I want to palpark, and worry about catching them later...
One more thing, where exactly (or approximately...) is Dragon Claw in Mt Cornet?
