Magic Coat reflects back status, and I would assume that it always goes last (similar to counter/Mirror Coat)

IT would be exactly the same as it would without the Trick Room. If I'm informed correctly, that means it would have a base power of around 100 on something with 400 speed.

Veekun has the numbers for the moves

Fake-Out has a priority of 1. Like Quick Attack, Ice Shard, Etc.

Protect has a priority of 3.

so protect would stop fake-out

like if you were to kill a starly with power anklet
the pokérus would apply at the end and give u 10 EVs
