Chapter 1 - Sam (No picture with her)
The first night on the cruise, I went clubbin'. She had on a tight red strapless dress and knee-high Converse. It was loud as hell but I decided to attempt to talk her up anyway and she was willing. She was there with a huge group of friends and family apparently, and a lot of her friends were on the dance floor, leaving her by her lonesome. Her name was Sam, she was staying on the same floor as me, and-shit. She's 17. Some girls think of that a lot even though we're in international waters but that means she can't get into the night club, she had come in before the curfew. I stole a few admission bracelets for her to make her look 18 but I stopped seeing her around which was really unusual because I had seen her really frequently. I heard one of her friends call me a stalker but fuck you we live on the bottom floor of the ship in the middle of nowhere of course we will pass each other. I went back to the club one night to try to find her and I sat and waited. Spoiler: I saw Sam later get in a fight on the ship (who the hell is enough of an asshole to fight on a cruise) and get escorted away by ship cops and never saw her again.
Interlude - Fat emo sisters followed me around and called me a stalker but the tables were turned when I was with a girl and they kept following me
Chapter 2 - Kate (The attractive one in Party ON)
I was in the club waiting for Sam because I had given her the bracelet and asked her if she was coming. Around this time, I realized that I was falling into the problem that I had accused others of: I was getting attached in a time that I really shouldn't. Coincidentally, I felt a tap on my shoulder. Since I'm paranoid and I was waiting for someone, I turned around quite quickly and there she was. Not Sam, even better. Kate, the smoking hot blonde leaning down to my chair. She asks me if I'm by myself and clearly I am, so she invites me to join her. It's her, her cousin Mary Kate (the horse) and Mary Kate's aunt (not related to Kate and hell if I remember her name). The ladies have these clear minty drinks, and apparently they're a few in. They tell me lots of stories and I try to entertain them but they mainly just want me to feel welcome. Kate works for Red Bull which means getting paid to crash parties and give out free energy drinks. I meet the guys of the group (see: Party on) and the bald one works in Nascar, the haired one is an auditor who hears that I might major in Accounting and gives me his business card (internship?) They're all awesome, but there's this one guy who I find to be quite not awesome. I swear he looked like a stalker right out of a movie. His sleeves were rolled up, his hair was greased back, and his eyes were so dark that he would put Boxxy to shame. And he was staring down Kate. Hell no, I want her. She's partying (I swear she acts like Kreayshawn minus the ghetto) and I join her. Okay I don't "party" often, and I didn't go to prom or any of those so I was like a grinding virgin. But she grabbed my hand, dragged me onto the dance floor and told me what to do. "Loosen up. Relax. You're never going to see me again" It sounded odd because she had said she would be there the next night but oh well. We had our fun, and then things just got better from there. She was 22 and had no idea who I was the next day. But I wasn't planning on getting attached anyway like I had before.
Interlude: I saw a girl almost crying on the deck of the ship when I was making my rounds at like 10:00 at night. She looked so pitiful that I had to do something. I stopped and asked her if she was okay or if she needed something, and then I told her that they were about to have a dance party in the club. She said "But I'm ---" and I could've sworn she said 18 so I said "What was that?" which was promptly followed by a "13" Fuck. Abort mission, abort mission. I told her I hoped things got better and I left. I ended up seeing her a few days later and we exchanged smiles, but that's all.
Chapter 3 - Amy
I had seen some girls a couple times like this cute light-skinned black girl. We saw each other pretty much every day and made small-talk but while black girls love exchanging greetings with me (not sure why,) that's about as far as that goes. There was another girl though (see: Success). Her name was Amy, and we smiled at each other a few times. One time I saw her sitting at the poolside (see: Poolside (secondary)in the evening and decided why not go for it. I befriended her and another guy she was friends with who had been hanging out with her a lot apparently. He was kind of a stalker, so I was her ticket out of that. We spent as much time together as possible and made dates for the time after we had finished dinner or other things with our respective families. We were a cute couple apparently if photographers want to take our picture. (See: Storm's a-comin') We talked about what was needed for the cruise to be complete. And there were 2 things. The 1st was to see a thunderstorm on a cruise because I had heard someone talk about incliment weather at the beginning and it had me very interested. We were in the highest floor with glass walls (the club) at about 2:00 pm, when the storm hit. There was a man on the piano and his epic music made my life more complete. The storm was amazing. Seeing people run off the deck was hillarious and seeing rain flying sideways and lightning bolts flying across the water was probably the coolest thing I've ever seen. Now there was only 1 thing left on our lists. Spoiler: We're still talking to each other and have planned to meet up with each other again when it becomes possible. So after my attempts to avoid being attached, I got attached.
And that's the important stuff to tell really besides the actual stuff in Bermuda but I'll save that for a different time
