Coning is when you make a cone shape with your hand by pushing all your fingertips together and inserting it into a vagina/anus.
It also has another meaning where you buy an ice cream from a fast food drive through and then smack it onto your forehead and drive off or do something similarly stupid to shock the attendant who served you.
