I'm looking for an Unburden Treeko. I know it was some male-only event thing or something like that, but if anyone has an Adamant one with okay stats that they could clone or something, I will be VERY greatful.

Also, I don't know how to do the GTS check, and I'm not really in a possition to learn atm, so any links to that won't help I'm afraid

Okay, so Here's my stupid question: Where is vulpix in all of competitive battling? No one I've seen has tried to use it or anything. It could actually be a nice sun setter in the lower tiers. I also relise that it sucks stat wise but still......

Hi everyone, i have some small questions.

1. Is it possible to RNG the Shiny Gible/Dratini that is given away by Benga after you defeat him in the Black Tower?

2. What is what makes RNGing Eggs in B2W2 impossible?

3. A few days ago i got a Game Cube with Pokémon XD and since i know that there are "unique" 'mons and Tutors in that game, what 'mons would be worth SRing from there?

And on a Side Note, I'm looking for a Female DW Natu/Xatu and a Flawless Golurk with No Guard.

I'd really appreciate some answers. :)

Yes, I can personally confirm this.

I think it has something to do with the coding, but I'm not sure.

Zapdos and Lugia are the two that come to mind.

Hope I helped.

There is actually a list on-site. If you are a VGC player you should keep an eye for Helping Hand Duskull and Togepi. Besides there are Heal Bell Dragonite and Baton Pass Zapdos, as mentioned.

Wow that's great, thanks for your answer!

That was exactly what i was looking for! thank you!

Even tho, i still have my doubt about the B2W2 impossibility to RNG Breed. :P

I'd like to point out that if you're doing in-battle stat tests for Pokémon, the list in that guide isn't completely accurate. Check this post to see how the shadow Pokémon stats are calculated in-battle when owned by the enemy.

Question about 3gen Mewtwo
From a competitive pov, would it be a good idea or bad idea if I rng a mewtwo that have a nature that is -def and have 1 or 0 for the def iv if mewtwo will have counter and self-destruct?

Also what about a TR mewtwo with counter and self-destruct or will a 0spd mewtwo be a bad competitive ideal?

For those who understand the Pokemon data structure in Gen V, I'm curious about whether ability still determined by the PID? I was under the impression that converting the PID to binary and checking the last digit for 0 or 1 like in Gen III and IV was the way it worked even in Gen V. However, I did this for PIDs that RNG Reporter gave me for Gen V results and some of the PIDs with an Ability 0, when converted to binary, had a 1 at the end which means it should have shown Ability 1 on the list if it worked the way Gen III and IV do. Vice versa for some of the PIDs with an Ability 1 (binary conversion of the PID should have resulted in Ability 0 for those).

If there was an overhaul for ability determination in Gen V, did the introduction of Hidden Abilities have anything to do with it?

Minimum Def on Mewtwo is bad because it gives Arceus a shot for an OHKO with Extremespeed and SR. Counter also is pretty bad in Ubers because of the prevalence of special moves and because Mewtwo outspeeds almost the whole tier and 2HKO them anyway.
TR-Mewtwo is horrible because you pretty much waste one of its best stats. Besides, note that TR-Mewtwo would be 238 fast, which is still faster than neutral 0 Zekrom, Giratina and likes.

How to do:
Convert the PID to a hexadecimal. Take the fourth character and convert it to binary. Then check the last digit of the binary: 0 for Ability 0 and 1 for Ability 1.
