5th Gen PRNG Help / Info - Latest: RNG Reporter 9.96.5, PPRNG 1.15.0

I haven't rng'd latias myself but the pid would only be advance if you can encounter pokemon in the area, like if there's a chance a pokemon could appear on that one step you take, which I believe is not the case here.
There's one wnpc that you need to wtach out for though, but I'm pretty sure you can battle her/him to prevent any randomness.
Ah, thanks! Could that one WNPC be the reason I got frame 104 in stead of 95? I think I got 104, because my Initial PIDRNG frame is 46, did 47 Chatters which should give me 93, but I thought it advanced my frame with 2 because there are Pokémon in that area.
I don't think so. Did you check the bw2 button on the main page? Initail frames are different for bw and bw2, so if you didn't do that that could be the problem. Also remember that the initial frame given by the reporter is currently broken for bw2 and you have to substract 2 to any initial frame given.
I still don't think the step will advance the frames by 2 as there are no chances of running into a pokemon in that particular "spot" you move to.
Is it normal that it takes forever to hit the right ID in Black 2? Whenever I go to pandora's box and press find seed hit nothing happens. I don't get any results an I end up staring at a blank screen.
Yeah forgot to switch it to BW2. How can that suddenly be broken? So that means when my Shiny PID is 86, my initial is 51 I should do 86-51+2=37 Chatters? And how can I stop that WNPC? I found him, but I don't know how to stop him from turning.
Edit: WNPC cannot be stopped, advances the PID frame with 4. Tried this 5 times in a row.
You have to battle him but if you have already battled him, you need to hit your seed once, find which frame you hitted and add then to your initial frame.
ex: you initial frame is 51 and you want to hit 86 but you actually hitted 88, so the advances from that WNPC is 2, so try again with a initial frame of 53 and make your chatots advances until you hit 86. Recheck, rinse and repeat if not the desireable result.
(the advances a WNPC do is totally random, i put 2 just as an example)
edit: keep trying, eventually, you will hit your desired frame, gl

What Grotto are you in right now? Have you picked up an item/battled a Pokemon in another Grotto? If so, which Grotto?
You can start with any (you don't need to visit all of them), but all the ones before it need to be filled.
I am in the Pinwheel Forest Grotto aiming for a Breloom. Been running around nothing is really popping up consistently after I try to check my seed.
Are all the Hidden Grottoes before it filled up? If they aren't, nothing will appear in that Grotto until all the ones before it are filled up.
Also, make sure you don't have anything in your daycare, that will mess with things.
Thank you for the help. Is the list of Grottoes you consider before it in order in the Hidden Grotto Encounter list? Kinda hard to know what is before it without knowing order.
Hi guys, I'm still having trouble with TID SID abuse on Black 2. I've done this before, but I can't for the life of me figure out what I'm doing wrong this time. I'm just not getting any results in the find seed hits box and even though I've tried different seeds and times, I just end up staring at a blank screen. Here's some screenshots btw:
Is there a way to RNG the roamer after killing it? I heard there was new research but...
So anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I'm inexperienced when it comes to Black 2.
Well after a long tedious trip to every grotto before the one with Breloom and after about 15 max repels of bike riding to get to each spot nothing is respawning in that particular spot. Any idea why? I verified that every grotto before interior pinwheel forest had an item or pokemon in it.
