If you want Leftovers, I suggest getting Battle Revolution. Probably easier to just play though that and recieve Leftovers through download.

I believe you can buy multiples from Battle Revolution. Though, for you without a Wii, and with a DS, you might try getting Pokemon Leaf Green, or Sapphire. If I am not mistaken, they both have a location where you can find the Leftovers. For whatever reason, I have Four leftovers and Four versions of Pokemon previous to D/P. I think one of the Leftovers comes in a Trash Can on the ship of the S.S. Anne, but it's been a while since I've run through those. I'm sure you can find a FAQ at Gamefaqs about it.
Edit: Looking at Gamefaqs.com, I've discovered in Fire Red/Leaf Green, that the Leftovers are left beneath the Snorlax spot. Looks like you get two of them since you fight Snorlax Twice.

It will disappear for the rest of that battle (i.e it will only work once), but after the battle has ended all the items remain attached to your Pokemon. Only against trainer/wild battles would they get used up completely.

I take it you have Emerald. Just find a nearby guy with a GBA and a Dratini... Dragonite. Make a trade.
Or.. you can get pre-made DD/IP Totodiles. I got mine from GameFAQs.
Thank you, again. Turns out, dragonite is the only one that can pass on both moves. So for anyone out there that wants a IP+DD totodile, just breed with a dragonite with IP from emerald and leveled for dragon dance.

You have to have 2 ds' one with d/p, one with ranger. Then you just go to the ranger menu and if you beat the manaphy sub-quest, then the directions will be there.
After that happens, a man will have a manaphy egg for you, just save in front and you can s/r for nature(and ivs)
It depends, If you can somehow get your hp back to max, I'm pretty sure you can sash again(although mosh sashers have no way of doing that, other than wishpassing, alot
