Actually, each "Double Hit" attack is 35 + 17.5 = 52.5 BP
So only 105 BP total. (Excluding STAB)

No, pikachu can't have both, as nasty plot comes from pichu.

Also, for your other statement, it's impossible to calculate, as we don't know the duration and strength of the licks, and we don't know how corrosive it is to forretress' armor.

This is probably the most noobish question since "HOW DO I MAKE THE MEWTHREE CODE WORK"...if the opponent has a Substitute out and I use Roar, does it force the opponent out, or does the Substitute block it? And if it does chase them away, does the Substitute remain?(similar to Baton Pass)

No substitute doesn't block roar(unless it's soundproof) and the effect is similar to switching out, which means everything is reset.

Ice shard is a great alternative to pursuit. But you definitely should NOT get rid of that one, it's awesome.

I would go light screen for the last slot. It gives better support, and you don't have to worry about being really weak because of being mixed. You could also try explosion.

Because it's Sassy and therefore I don't need as much Special Defense as Defense. Is that good or should I put a tiny bit more into Special Defense?

I'm not sure about the exact EV's. Just adjust it based on your bronzong's IV's to equalize it. You could also plug more into the defense that your team is lacking.

Can Donphan take a non boosted HP Ice/Grass? What about Tangrowth on the Ice? Assuming max HP but no Sp Def.

Also, Roost doesn't affect the actual speed of a pokemon right? If my Donphan was versusing a Skarmory and it roosted, Donphan *should* be slower and be able to EQ if I predict right, right?
