Pokémon XY Leaks

Don't Dreamworld attributes have to be in the code somewhere? If not, how would X and Y react to a Big Pecks Pidgey or a Hustle Rattata? I mean, if X and Y says Pidgey only has Keen Eye or Tangled Feet, but you try to transfer a Big Pecks Pidgey via PokeTransporter would it let you?

There are still lots of questions to be answered.

My theory is this: someone at Game Freak creates the idea of Megas, it gets approved. They start making Gen VI stuff, adding in Megas. They decide to REALLY develop Megas, to the point that they're one of the main features of the game. This takes a lot of time away in development, forcing them to reduce the number of new-gen Mons introduced, so as to release it at a reasonable date.

Hopefully any and all outrage from this small number of Pokes will prompt them to introduce DLC (the 3DS is the perfect console for it), and Masuda said that there would be no paid DLC, hinting at DLC, but probably integral enough to be free. The reduced development time that came from Megas will likely be rectified by future DLC releases.

They should at least have 5 of every type or 2 separate evolution lines...

They've already confirmed that there won't be any paid DLC, though I wouldn't be surprised by various free updates adding new Pokemon and/or content. I'm thinking they'd work like Swarms, with previously unrevealed Pokemon showing up on older routes.

Or new caves/towers/islands with legendaries in them

Or no new Pokemon, but a total of 40+ Megas...
Oh man
How hilarious would it be if there were 30 more pokemon on-cart and they extended the life of the game but sending out unlock signals via wifi to their respective routes

To be clear I don't think this will happen at all but it'd be worth it to see people flip out

On Valhalla's tumblr. Anyone catch this little guy?
No because it's fake.

Aww I had commentary about the Elite Four I was going to wrap up into a response to Kain but the whole post was swept away by moderation before I finished editing it in. I'll re-iterate!

I agree with what one person said earlier about the Elite Four being a lot more appealing than the gym leaders. Granted, I haven't seen them in action or anything, but the Elite Four has a silent majesty about them. Fire, Water, Steel, and Dragon are an awesome typing quartet, and those basic elements along with the armor/weaponry/dragon theme tie into a medieval fantasy setting quite well. I don't know if this was intentional, but the flashy pop star-ism for the modern-looking Champion makes a good contrast.

Okay, one of these leakers needs to hurry up and get the national dex already. Fingers crossed for Flabébé getting that #666 spot

So this is the Kalos portion of the National Dex as near as 4chan can tell:

Have any of the leakers seen a Ditto yet? I'd like to know if they copy the MegaEvo state of their Pokémon or not.
Also, if someone already mentioned it, I'm sorry. My search bar doesn't work on the forums for some reason.

Highly probable, unfortunately. The flow of new Pokemon has more or less ceased, and we're around 67ish already. Throw in some legends and we'll be just over 70. It's likely that Mevos counted as some of the "new" Pokemon introduced, hence the smaller number of Kalos Pokemon.

*sigh* that's kind of disappointing. It's pretty much been tradition for them to introduce at least a hundred new Pokés each generation...

Very interested in Florges. Searching this thread and the competitive thread turned up no rough stats. Eagerly awaiting those. Designs can be deceptive, but it looks quick to me.

The super training image of Florette shows that its special attack and speed are its highest stats. Other than that, nothing. Other Pokemon that haven't had stats posted as far as I know are Noivern, Dragalge, Aurourus, Dedenne(lol), Meowstic, Talonflame, Vivillon, Slurpuff, Gogoat, Aromatisse, Xerneas, and Pyroar.

Too bad florges might have a 4x times weakness to poison, hopping it gets quiver dance though and that it also gets earth power or psychic to counter those poison types.
