By the looks of the video walkthrough, Honey is now used to initiate horde battles specifically.
oh look amaura is a special attacker... "yay" Maybe we will get some more normal special moves hopefully or refridgerate isn't going to be all that useful...
Maaan. Looking at this thread, I wish the game hadn't broken street date. It would've been so cool for everyone to discover these things together.

Well, according to an NPC in the game, the Fairy-type was only recently discovered and made classifiable officially. Additionally according to her some Pokemon were re-classified as Fairy-types as a result, so I wouldn't rule it out.
Here's a question that I'm almost certain no one has asked anywhere and that may not even have an answer yet. Does the game create extra data on the SD card for any reason and if so for what purpose and how much space does it take up? And a second related question, can you play the game with the game card on more than one system without messing with any kind of data in the game whatsoever? (Ex. In past games if you played a game on one system and then used the game card on a different system the data would still be saved but all time related events would fail for the rest of that day, and if you wanted to use online features the game was locked to whatever system you first used it and set it up with unless you reset your Wi-Fi data including friend codes and whatnot.)
By the way, now that we have the list of all Gen. VI Pokémon, I really wonder...

This in turn raises the question if Feraligatr and Victrebel have gotten their missing letters.... probably not knowing Trollfreak.
But if they're raising the nickname limit as well (seems likely given that the trainer name character limit went up and the fact that Fletchinder's name is 11 characters,) you could always just nickname your Feraligatr "Feraligator" if it really bugged you that much.

Well, they did change a few move names. ThunderShock is now Thunder Shock, ViceGrip is now Vice Grip, Sand-Attack is now Sand Attack...
Also, it seems the X/Y video walkthroughs were taken down. :(
Dosen't really bug me all that much... just pondering if gamefreak actually cares enough to change it. Not much else to talk about at the moment and I'm going stir crazy.

Other languages exist, some of them (like Helioptile's....german? name I think) exceed the limit.

According to my after-mentioned friend the character limit for nicknaming Pokemon is 12. So it appears no Pokemon reaches the limit.

Generation 1 - 5 was just the dream of someone who doesn't believe in Fairies, and the protagonists of Generation 6 are Tinkerbell and Peter Pan, and if you count the number of letters in Tinkerbell, and then in Peter Pan, you get 10 and 8.
Now, 10 + 8 is 18, Pokemon #18 in the National Dex is Pidgeot, but this could also be 10 and 8, putting them together gives 108, Pokemon #108 is Lickitung.
Pidgeot's Hoenndex number is #220, if you add 2 and multiply by 3 it gives you #666, since Pidgeot is immune to Ground and Ghost, this suggests that it's Satan, because Satan lives in hell and steals souls (called ghosts in this game) so he can't be hurt by his domain or minions, it's also depicted with long flowing red and blonde hair, clearly a depiction of a woman.
Lickitung is the Licking Pokemon, and it's Hidden ability is Cloud 9, this means Nintendo wants you to hide in your room and reach "Cloud 9" by licking Pidgeot, which as we know is Satan and a grotesque depiction of a woman.
Nintendo wants you to have oral intercourse with Satan before marriage.
I hope the character limit gets a raise, a 12-character limit would be lovely, because it means I could name a ghost Pokemon "Memento Mori".
