Stat ranges to back up (normalized, obviously)
Lvl. 21: 59-65/29-35/29-33/40-45/33-39/47-53 (HP max can be reached with at most 28 IVs, ATK and SDEF with at most 30 IVs)
Lvl. 22: 61-67/31-36/30-35/41-46/34-40/49-56
Might try to hone this a bit more, but this is pretty accurate now.

I finally bred a hasty Greninja with Mischievous and flawless speed IVs (had 14 speed at level 5 with no EVs).
Super Trained into 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 6 Atk. Will post raw stats in a while to confirm base stats.
120 Base speed (252 EVs, 31 IVs, +speed nature) = 137 speed at level 36.
115 Base speed (252 EVs, 31 IVs, +speed nature) = 133 speed at level 36.
100 Base special attack (252 EVs, 31 IVs, neutral nature) = 110 SpA at level 36.
95 Base special attack (252 EVs, 31 IVs, neutral nature) = 107 SpA at level 36.
My Greninja's Stats:
Level 36. Hasty, 252 SpA 252 Spe 6 Atk
Special Attack: 113
Speed: 138
Unique speed tier?
Edit: at level 37 speed is 143 (Alakazam maxes out at 140) and SpA is 116 (neutral Flygon maxes out at 113).

Still don't understand how you guys are figuring out the base stats, as there's no way to figure out the exact IVs of your mons at this time, right?
ah serious? I checked a lil while ago and the link was working o.o...okay so according to that pic, it was saying the following:
Guardian - Pokemon's defence is gradually boosted (pretty much a defensive speed boost)
Spirit Shield - Takes half damage from special attacks
After hoarding 100 Froakie eggs, just 6 of them had 14 speed, and all required +Speed natures, and 4 of them were "Alert to Sounds", a characteristic exclusive to Pokémon with 26 or 31 Speed IVs.
Furthermore, mine's Mischevous, meaning either:
a)Both SpA and Speed are 26 (unlikely, as the mother is a Ditto with 31 Speed IVs)
b)Both SpA and Speed are 31
For speed i get 122 and 104 for sp.A with the lv 36 stats and the same base stats for level 37.
Yeah. I was thinking something similar, since I'm slower than Weavile (125) but faster than Alakazam (120). Likewise, SpA is 1 point lower than Manectric.
does it only apply to aura sphere and dragon/dark/water pulse or are there other qualifying moves?
Don´t know, if anybody answered this: Heat Wave is now BP 95 and Focus Blast didn´t change.
was just battling a trainer with 3 pokemon, the first being a hippopotas....after I believe 5 turns, the sandstorm subsided. Non-permanent weather!?
it has MORE than base 120 speed and 100 sp atk?? tornadus-t has 121 base speed, and at level 36 with max ev's hasty it has 137 speed... so what does that mean?
Right. Even weather abilities can´t create permanent weather. The counter will count 5 turns, even if you swith Politoad with Dizzle in again. You can double the turns by giving the weater starter a Damp Rock etc

Yveltal learns Focus Blast at Level 72. If I remember correctly it also learns Psychic by level-up, but can´t remember when. I think it was something about 55.
If you're looking for information on EV yield, I can tell you that Litleo gives Sp.Atk and Fletchling gives Speed.

Same Sp. Atk as Infernape! 104 Base Sp atk.
1 point faster than Tornadus-T! 122 base speed!
Nope, still the same PP, Acc, BP as before and both can still lower SpD. Maybe the chance of that changed, but I can´check this ^^
