Jirachi and Bronzong can too, even though it's not what they do best and they will still can get massively damaged by a Flamethrower.
Basically, most Steel-types can take a SpecsMence Draco Meteor.
But can they also take that Fire Blast?

Empoleon can do both, but the questioner oddly wanted it excluded. Everything but HP Fighting or Ground can be taken from a specsmence by Empoleon, that I know of.
...And taking one of those HPs would be good for the Empoleon's user. Now, the Specsmence is locked into a move a Levitator/Flying/Ghost is immune to, so it's a free turn.
Say I have a level 100 Pokemon, and I lower its EVs to 100 in a stat by using an EV berry (Pomeg, for example). Can I retrain the EVs somewhere else, or even in the same area, at level 100?
ex. If I feed my 252 HP Blissey a Pomeg, can I retrain its Special Attack and HP to where I want them, or am I screwed because it's level 100?

After you lower the EVs, you can retrain them in any stat you please as long as the total EVs are under than cap of 510.
When does the game recalculate this though? Do I have to do the "box trick" of putting her in the box and then taking her out again after I have re-trained?

I have a (hacked) impish ditto w/ perfect IV's, and Im trying to breed an Impish Pineco with good IV's. WHat should the gender of the other parent be? Who should hold the everstone? Is there any way to increase the chances of passing down the Ditto's IV's?

Everstone on Ditto. Gender of Pineco doesn't matter. (If you want it to pass on Egg Moves, then Pineco must be male) No way to increase the chances of passing down the Ditto's IVs AFAIK.

Does the game alert the opponent that one of your pokemon has Mold Breaker? For example: I send out a Mold Breaker Pinsir against a Levitate Bronzong. Will the game's text read like this:
1) Trainer X sent out Pinsir!
Pinsir's Mold Breaker nullifies Bronzong's Levitate!
Or would it be more like
2) Trainer X sent out Pinsir!
Pinsir used Earthquake!
Pinsir's Mold Breaker negates Bronzong's Levitate!
If my question isn't clear, I basically am wondering if the opponent knows right away that I have Mold Breaker, or if they have to wait for me to use an attack that takes advantage of Mold Breaker to figure it out.

If I have a pinch berry that restores HP and something OHKOs that pokemon, will the pinch berry act like a Focus Sash and keep my pokemon alive even if the damage done is technically greater than the pokemon's HP AND the HP that would be restored?

Pinch Berry only activates if you survive, unfortunately. So if you get OHKOed that berry would do nothing.
And the Focus Sash is guaranteed to work if you're at full HP, but it is used up and cannot be used again. The Focus Band has a chance at working even if your HP isn't at 100% and it can activate more than once in a battle. (it isn't used up)
