This kid gets the 1st Place Medal. Pangoro takes Silver if the crud that Serebii's pooping out is true.

EDIT: Actually, Pangoro gets Bronze while this kids falls to Second Place. Breloom takes Gold.
 
ok ok. the least we can do is give pangoro some respect. is there at least a chance it can get anymore useful moves from breeding?

Currently, no. Of course, we don't know if Serebii is right.
 
my pangoro's still a lv 18 neutral natured pandcham but i got it at max atk and hp. Too low a level from being accurate probably.
 
Pangoro was doomed by his movepool. He can't do ANYTHING effectively with that slipshod lineup. Regardless, I knew from looking at him that he was too badass to be any good. He'll be a fun NU Pokemon, I think (if that).
 
I'll give my Pangoro's stats, with the EVs because I'm too lazy to do Super Training again.

My level 76 Pangoro, Naughty nature, 252 Atk, 252 HP, 6 Def

HP: 301
Atk(+): 271
Def: 136
Sp. Atk: 126
Sp. Def(-): 108
Spd: 109

We don't know that yet. The moves that he does have may prove to be effective enough.

hate to say it but it cant really run anything else without being outclassed but hey. at least ursaring is still top bear now.

Last I checked, Ursaring didn't have a Hidden Heart of Gold and a Kickbutt Longcoat. Ursaring can hide in the woods and...

You know, I don't think that I'll complete that thought.
 
I'm being serious though. Even if Pangoro can't do anything other than Parting Shot it will still have a niche. Parting shot is just that good of a move. So long as it can take a hit, one hit...it can contribute.
 
I just love how they gave Scrappy to a guy with STAB Crunch.

Anyway, those stats posted are pretty useless, but I can say this: Our estimate was base 130 Attack. A lv76 Naughty Pangoro with 252 attack EVs, even assuming a 0 IV, will have 275 attack. Yours has 271. In other words, the maximum his base attack can be is actually 128, and most likely even lower since your IV is probably higher than 0. So yeah. That original estimate is debunked.

At least he can run Iron Fist Sky Uppercut... or Mold Breaker EQ. ha, obviously without the moves and the stats, he can't live up to your hopes and dreams.

Are you sure? How about his Defenses?
 
its bulky enough to get the job done but with faries being x4 on it, its defenses arent really the issue. its his kiddie (move) pool
 
How about bulk up circle throw? He has higher attack than throh and poliwrath, along with different typing so that psychics don't maim him. I could see that having a great effect in lower tiers.
Also in ubers. Infestation+bulk up circle throw sub can setup all over dark arceus and sweeeep!
Sorry, mind my optimism.

I created an account just to reply to this. If you could also provide your characteristic, I could make the range a little tighter. Using the numbers you provided, I got the ranges:
HP: 94-110
Attack: 112-128
Defense: 71-86
Special Attack: 65-80
Special Defense: 61-76
Speed: 53-69

It looks like Serebii's number are falling toward the middle and lower end of them. I'll update with my Pangoro's numbers soon.

Edit: Just evolved and checked my Pangoro. Its ranges are slightly different, so we can tighten them up a bit.

For my Pangoro:
Actual stats: Lax, Quick Tempered, level 32
HP: 109
Attack: 92
Defense: 61
Special Attack: 50
Special Defense: 47
Speed: 45

Her ranges:
HP: 91-105
Attack: 122-136
Defense: 65-79
Special Attack: 56-71
Special Defense: 60-74
Speed: 48-63

So we get about:
HP: 94-105
Attack: 122-128
Defense: 71-79
Special Attack: 65-71
Special Defense: 61-74
Speed: 53-63

TL;DR: Serebii's numbers are going to be within +/- 5 of the actual, just like he said.
