I have modest spitback togepi with nasty plot
Two Questions.
1: Does breeding a Spanish monster and a Canadian monster on a canadian game, have a higher chance of breeding a shiny than breeding two spanish monsters on the same canadian game?
2: Is it possible to hack on Pokemon X and Y in any way as of today's date? I don't hack personally (other than cloning with AR on 5th Gen), but I noticed AlexShiny94 (who has been blacklisted for hacking) tried to open a trade thread featuring pokemon from X and Y and he has the female dive ball squirtle I need. So if it's not possible to hack yet, I can trade for his Squirtle, but if codes are starting to come out, I'll have to find someone else.

You can give your pokemon soothe bell, put in as first in your party, and rollerskate around luminose city for about 30 mins and what ever you did it on will have enough frienship to evolve after that. Did it with Togepi and Cleffa.
Probably not the fastest way, but it is the easiest way. Just watch tv or something and hold a button down.
1 yes it does canada fals under another region then spain
2 no its not possible yet somebody hacked the game yesterday en unveiled the 3 hidden legends however as far as people know hacking stuff is impossible save for that one guy then:)

Eh they aren't the greatest, I am just hoping that after they get those type of mega evos out of their systems, we will get more for pokemon who actually need it.

Yeah basically, because alot of people breed these pokemon from scratch, though I personally believe if you use the pokemon you traded for to use to breed the same pokemon, it is fine as long as you breed it to be a different nature, and do not breed the original nature to trade to others.
That way you still have to put a good amount of effort into the pokemon.
What if it is one of their spitbacks that they trade me? Because I'd still be putting in a lot of effort to get the Pokemon perfect.
I'm not sure what some people might think of this, but honestly, if you breed something with your OT, no one can stop you from trading it to who ever you want. I traded for flawless parents for everything in my thread except froakie and bred them. I normally improve on the monster. Like for example, I traded for a Male Dragon Dance, Pursuit, Stealth Rock Larvitar in a normal ball and a female in a nest ball, both flawless. The female only had Pursuit but was Jolly and the Male was in a normal ball but had the two other egg moves and was Adamant. Now I have Adamant and Jolly Dragon Dance, Pursuit, Stealth Rocks Nest Ball Larvitars for trade. Shit another guy was trading Modest Quick Ball Infiltrator female Noibats, and I traded for his Noibat, and someone else's Timid Infiltrator Noibat male and I couldn't find sprites for Noibat, so I just copy pasted his off his thread; stole his format and his monsters. Lol, Hamstern traded me a flawless Tyrunt and I just bred it with a three flawless ditto to generate a flawless female and then mass produced it. Does that make me a bad person?
In the end, there is nothing anyone can do about it. Redistribution rules mean you can't clone the pokemon and mass produce it. But you can breed your own and trade it. This is how smogon wifi has been running for the past couple years. It's not like anyone can prove anything. Like we would start blacklisting people for breeding and then we would get a huge amount of people complaining things like "I traded him a careful larvitar and then he bred Adamant Larvitars and started trading them" and the other guy would say something like " I got tyranitars from someone else" and it would never end.
Keep in mind people, this is just a competitive online game. Breed as fast as you can and trade for a team so you can start really playing this game and obviously the more you have to trade the better team you can make. Rebreed people. Do it.
