Actually, the order is Apicot, Wiki, Pamtre, Charti, etc. Wiki scores higher than Pamtre because it has a lower feel. However, for Feebas to evolve, the Poffins' levels need to total only 170 if you have a neutral nature and 154 (about 4 well made Apicot poffins) if you have a boosting nature.

The Feebas in question is Docile and happens to like to eat anything and I have a mild poffin still as well as some made from Wiki Berries.

Great Sage, do you happen to have any Apicot Berries?
 
Is there any guide which tells me how I can use Pokesav to make a Pokemon appear 100% legit? (It's for like tournament/screening purposes, not for trading).

No need for Apicot Berries, though I do have a whole hoard if you want some. As long as you don't completely mess up on the Wiki Poffins, it'll be fine. If you make them in 50 seconds or less without too many burns or spills, you're good to go.

Your talking about the secret ID, and actually using that program I saw you can change your secret ID to know what it is and make your pokemon look legitimate.
I saw a youtube video of a guy making legit pokes, thats the closest you can get to guides, and you can come really close but the wording about where it was caught seems suspicious to me and more knowledgeable players might see through it. So make it with legitimate stats and play with the Met at thing and it'll look pretty good and play on pbr.

If I nickname a pokemon and than decide to change there nickname back to their original name, I renickname a Ralts "RALTS" for example, will its name change when it evolves?
 
Yeah, you almost never want to do that, you will mess someone up big time, especially if they want to use that pokey a tourney, just to know when it evolves, that it is tourney banned.

You can use PokeSav to figure out your own Secret ID and edit other poke's Secret IDs and yeah...

if your trying to get Explosion the way i got it is by just playing in gamecorner while ill was playing clefairy's kept on comng and wouldnt leave and then finally when the left they gave me a bonus score so i left to but more coins and the women gave the tm for explosion.i also kept getting the reply just keep on playing ^_^

The above people apparently have never actually tried this. I've nicknamed several of my Pokemon and then nicknamed them back (for trades) and every time their name changed to the proper species name when it evolved. Even when it evolved on someone's game where they were not the OT!

It even works with foreign-language names in DP. A Japanese Kirlia I got off the GTS wound up with the name "GALLADE" after it evolved.

Okay. Here's what you do.

Go use Armando Meziat's text Pokedex.

Open his 'Dex in the word processor of your choice, preferably one where you can search for text with Ctrl+F.

Search for the move you're looking for, and check each Pokemon that can learn it to see if it learns any of the other moves you're looking for.

If no other Pokemon learn both, then you know you can't legally get it! Note that you'll have to repeat this process for other Pokemon who only get those two moves by breeding.
