I would put them both in the daycare using the destiny knot one of them (If you know the nature you want, you need to put an everstone on the poke with the nature you want to have). Then replace the offspring when they have better IVs ( 5IVed dratini of some gender as your current one IVs with the opposite gendered poke) You currently have 6 31's in the pool and if you slowly improve the parents, you can get 5IVed pokes very easily. Just my suggestion.

I am looking for the following spit backs with 4 flawless ivs or more: dusclops, squirtle with raindish, metang, ivysaur, venipede, rotom, gligar with posion heal, dratini with mutli scale, & moxie pinsir.
