Jolteon can Sub down to activate Leichi Berry and BP it.
Leafeon can BP a SD, he has good Def too.

Memento (or Momento?) sacrifices your Pokemon in exchange for bringing down both of your opponents attack stats down. I think, but am not sure, it brings them both down to -6. I believe I read it somewhere a while back, but meh.

IIRC, you breed Ice Punch onto Machop (from Medicham, use a heart scale), then breed both IP and CC onto Elekid.

Yes, smeargle can sketch moves in link cable battles.

No. It can Sketch moves in link-cable battles, but it won't keep them after the battle.

Your best bet would be to use the VS seeker to enter a 2v2 battle with some of the 2v2 trainers around Solaceon, then Sketch your partner's moves.
