Could I have a 4 IV Modest Rotom (as long as two of the 31 IVs are in Special Attack and Speed) for a Choice Scarf? If you'd prefer some other battle item I'll see what I can do. My FC is in my sig and my IGN is Landon.

Unfortunately, I only have a 3IV Rotom, so can't breed perfect 5IV rotoms yet, and don't have any in stock. The only 5IV rotoms I have are flawed.
