Not true, you can DEFINITELY find HA pokes without them being online the chances of encounter are just lower.
I've down it hundreds of times. Its not hard at all. Hes just gotta keep looking.

Something I just recently came up with, but haven't tested yet.......does Weakness Policy sound like it would be good on Dragonite or Rhyperior? Since both have abilities that reduce damage from moves (Rhyperior specifically from super-effective moves, Dragonite from the first attack in general), and since they both have weaknesses that are likely to be targeted, it sounds good on paper, since they'd instantly turn the tides by surviving a super-effective hit and hitting back HARD.

Have you been online at the same time as the user in question (can you see there picture or is it a question mark)? It shouldn't take this long, probably 1 in 5 encounters have their hidden ability. But you only get their hidden abilities if the player whose safari it is has been online the same time as you and has completed the game.
Weakness policy Dragonite is decent.
And yes Serebii still hasn't changed that.

I haven't unlocked their 3rd pkmn :s But then the third mon should appear when I am online with the guy however although my 3ds registers them as being online, the f.safari still shows the question mark D: Any reason why? Thanks again! Appreciate it.
Is it not that they have to have been online at the same time as you once ever for it to activate. Not they have to be online at that very second for you to be able to find hidden abilities in the Friend Safari. That is my understanding.

Hey guys, tell me, is this a strange strategy with Lapras? Giving her Hydro Pump, Thunder, Blizzard, and Sing, then equipping her with a Wide Lens to increase the accuracy of those moves?
Strange? No. Gimmicky? Yes. People have been using Wide Lens + not 100% accurate moves since it's creation. It sounds fun for ingame or maison, but for competitive I think you'd be let down.

I have shiny 4IV Brave Aegislash and Naive Bagon. I have 5IV versions of these so I'm not really interested in them and I got them in trade so no sentimental value. I'll do both for a good 5IV Shiny or maybe 1 per good 5IV. I know they're just going to collect non-sentimental dust in my box.
