That reminds me, I have a question about trapping abilities...

Suppose you have a battle...

Player A's team
Pokemon A (active)
Magnezone w/ Magnet Pull

Player B
Skarmory (active)
Pokemon B

Suppose Player A orders a switch to Magnezone on the same turn Player B decides to switch Skarmory out. Will Skarmory be forced to stay in, or will Pokemon B come out?

If I remember correctly, Skarmory can switch out. I had a situation like this happen to me on Wi-Fi, when Skarmory switched out right before my Magnezone entered the field.

>_> is there anyway to change the hidden power of a pokemon?
ex: my raikou's IV's are: 30/1/20/26/1/14 hidden power: fire power:45
can i add EV's to somethign to change his hidden power to ice?

Should I go with a special/suicidal Claydol or the more conventional supporter?

my current one is running:

*Bold Nature*

-Ice Beam
-Psychic
-Explosion
-Calm mind

Quick question about U-Turn, when you're picking what pokemon to send out after the move hits, can you pick the same pokemon that just used U-Turn? Thanks in advance!

I want to EV train my Shuppet, however I've never done it before. Do I only get the EV points if Shuppet is actually sent out into battle against the pokemon that gives the EVs I want, or will it still get it if I give it an Exp share and don't actually let it fight?

Every Pokemon that gets experience will receive complete EVs. So both your Shuppet and the Pokemon that actually battle will receive 2 Attack EVs if they battle something that gives 2 Atk, etc.

I have a pretty simple question. I think...>.>

I have a Marshtomp (soon to be Swampert) that is being EV trained. However, when I reached 510 EVs, the lady that gives you the Effort Ribbon told me that I haven't reached the maximum. So I guessed I missed a couple - I was dead wrong.

I planted some Berrys to reduce the EVs and, according to my findings, I was missing a whopping 100+ EVs. How is this possible?

I did some more testing. My Marshtomp has PokeRus and Macho Brace. Before, Marshtomp ate 10 Pomeg Berrys before stopping. After fighting 10 Bidoofs, however, Marshtomp only ate one more Pomeg Berry. What's going on?

Scenario: Marshtomp Lv 22
242 HP, 56 ATK, 212 DEF (EV Spread)
PokeRus, Macho Brace
10 HP Ups, 5 Protein, 10 Iron
