If your Pokemon has more than 110 EVs, using one Berry will reduce the EVs to exactly 100, regardless if you had 110 or 255 before.

What are estimates of people's actually usable Pokemon? (i.e. The number of Pokemon they have avaliable to use in their boxes that are EV trained, have good IV's, etc.)

Why don't you actually try to look on Serebii next time? Arceus can learn it with the Dragon Plate equipped only. I'm likely sure you can use the attack even if the plate is off.

Anyone know of a list of Held Items and their descriptions i can use for thoughts on items for my team?

(Namely a rest/return/crunch/curse snorlax which i want to be able to use as a heavily offensive tank. Need an item for OHKO returns)
 
I had been planning on using this Bold Tangrowth:

Sleep Powder
Leech Seed
Knock Off
Grass Knot

but after checking the IVs of the Tangela I just bred, I found out it has HP Ice 63. Considering that my team has a Gliscor with Knock Off and a Vaporeon and Weavile with ice moves already, should I use HP Ice over Knock Off?

If it's been answered to death, use the fucking search feature. I can't believe people are still asking about fucking power items since it's answered every other page.
Pokérus comes after the item is added to original EVs. (EV+Item)*PKRS, where EV is the EVs from the wild Poké, Item is any boost from the item (*2 for macho, +4 for power), and PKRS is 1 if they have no PKRS and 2 if they have it.
I swear to god, this is in every single research/info thread, and this has to be one of the spammiest questions that gets posted on Ask a Simple.
 
I figured that would be the sort of answer I got, but try searching Pokerus or Pokerus Info, guess what you get. Lots of trade threads offering Pokerus.

With full anticipation of a equaly scathing reply, I saw this post while trying to find a answer in the last few pages:

So a cured (eg Smiley Face) poke still gets *2 EVs per battle? I thought you stopped the double gain after pokerus is cured, but kept the EXP bonus.

Actually, no one has asked that, probably because not many people hack... I myself don't know, but Supposedly the OT it's 70714 (2007/07/14), the Year, Month, and Date if it helps any.

WTF? Since when did PokeRus ever give an EXP bonus?
 
The Friend Code Nintendo WFC gave me is wrong (the damn game says that when I try to add myself). What could be wrong, and how can I fix that?
 
A Timid Gengar with a Special Attack IV of 16 can have a max Special Attack of 345, correct? Because I just bred a Timid Gastly with a perfect speed IV , and relatively good in every thing else except for a 16 in special attack.

Neutral Max for Gengar is 359, off by 15. Max is 344 for S. Atk.
