By flawless do you mean only missing sp.atk? I can get you naive.
Im really pissed off lol cause i am breeding my 4ivnoibat with my 5 iv noibat and i STILL dont have my flawless noibat
If it's naive, it needs flawless Sp. Atk. The only non-flawless stat would be Sp.Def. It also needs DD as egg move and Hydro Pump would be cool for Naive Mence, though it's not a must
